Welcome to 137 Moore Street, a charming cottage located in Lincolnville. This lovely home underwent a complete makeover in late fall of 2015, with updates including recessed lighting and beautiful Delaware driftwood flooring. The kitchen has new cabinets and Volga blue granite countertops. You'll love the bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and a smart TV, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, and a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. Artwork by local artists is on display throughout the cottage. The outside boasts a fenced-in yard and plenty of off-street parking. Please note that this property requires a minimum age of 25 for booking. We're confident you'll love your stay here!

Everything was great with property and it met our expectations. Easy walk to downtown area, felt safe, quiet, very clean. We had zero replies when we messaged host. Their was a problem I messaged host with. We were good with the issue (didn't need to send anyone to fix) and wanted to let owner/property manager to know, but expected an acknowledgment.

Small house. All a couple needs. Close to the Fish Camp, a delicious restaurant and Raga Cafe..a hidden treasure for bfast beside Fish Camp. Just under a mile from St. George Street. Bathroom small but soooo clean! All the amenities needed. It would be too small for 2 couples

Great Location!

This little bungalow is so cute and in the perfect location. The neighborhood surrounding the cottage has tons of history that's not listed in the brochures. And it's a 3 or 4 block walk to one of the tram stops, so we never had to use the car. We will definitely be staying here again.
