Spacious new coastal furnishings in our 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Fazio Villa. This beautiful villa is an end unit, next to the pool and overlooking the 18th hole of Fazio Golf Course. Centrally located, with a short walk, or bike ride to Disney Beach House access to enjoy miles of soft sandy beach, 3 world class golf courses and 25 tennis courts directly across the street. Palmetto Dunes Resort is an oceanfront resort near many outdoor activities, restaurants and shopping on Hilton Head Island.

This four-bedroom villa has new fresh coastal furnishings and decor! The living room is equipped with a 42 inch plasma TV, DVD, and CD player. The kitchen features the finest amenities including stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry, and a vegetable sink.
The dining room seats up to 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. There’s a cozy office off the kitchen furnished with a love-seat/ sleeper, desk and chair, plus small plasma TV w/ a built-in DVD player.

The first floor bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath with shower. Upstairs are three more spacious bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with two single beds , that share a full bathroom. Also, there is a gorgeous master suite with king bed, 30 inch plasma TV w/ a built-in DVD player, a private bath with beautiful glass shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub.

Outdoors you will enjoy an enormous 400+ square foot private deck, a patio table for 8, all with fairway views of the 18th hole at George Fazio Golf Course. This villa has been coined the 'crown jewel' of it's Owner's Association for it's recent remodel and historically for it's proximity to the pool. Wonderful experience

The house was perfect. We do think that the mattresses in the 2 upstairs king bedrooms need to be replaced but besides that we loved the house and location. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Owners were great.

Fantastic!

As long time residents and visitors of the island, we have a good idea of most everything there. This Fazio villa is as nice as we have had on the island. Everything was fantastic. Mike and Pam are incredibly responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend their place enough.

The villa was very nice and clean and had ample room. The location is perfect. Towels were very limited and a few threadbare. No sheet was provided for the pull out bed in the study. Some additional light is needed in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It is beautifully decorated, equipped with anything you could possibly need & has the best deck in the complex. The owners were prompt, easy to work with & very friendly.

great spot

the house was large enough for our whole family, and the kitchen, living room setup was ideal as we always cooked elaborate meals, and could all participate. he back deck was ideal for dining outside, and there was always a shady spot .the pool was great for the children.

Many of our extended family and friends from Cincinnati, Ohio travel to this beautiful vacation destination. We love the soft sandy beaches, world class golf courses; miles of leisure bike trails along with the restaurants, shopping and entertainment (some of our favorites: Pirates Putt Putt; General Store ice cream; Shelter Cove; Salty Dog and of course, Greg Russell singing in Harbour Town). We have created and will continue to create many memories and traditions in HHI for future generations. This is our "beach home away from home"...This is our Sunrise Dream!

Our family has a comfort level in Palmetto Dunes Resort: the location; the beautiful landscaping; the new leisure bike trails and the quaint atmosphere in this secured gated community. Our Fazio Villa is right next to the pool and a short walk/bike to the golf course; tennis courts and miles of sandy beaches. We fell in love with this newly renovated villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with spacious living area and large deck overlooking 18th hole of Fazio golf course. It is the best of both worlds, close to beach and golf.
