Beautiful Apartment! Wonderful Bay View!

We really liked how the apartment was so well decorated! But the best part for us was the screened in porch! No mosquitos or bugs, just a beautiful view and a delightful breeze! We sat there for hours every morning, enjoying our coffee and breakfast and looking out over the bay!

This is a beautiful condo - meticulously clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the bay was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, the use of the washer and dryer, and all of the kitchen amenities. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Quiet and serene

Very very nice, a little out of the way, but very nice, a lot of amenities, beautiful surroundings. Dwelling is updated, clean and just the right size for two, or a couple with two children, would not rule out renting again.

Perfect retreat

Just what we we looking for! A peaceful setting away from the business of the center of town, but a quick drive to anything we needed. The view from the back was beautiful and included visiting deer and great sunsets. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. A trip to the well maintained pool was a nice break from the heat of the beach in the afternoon before dinner.

Paradise at the Beach!

The place was beautiful, with a beautiful view! We have stayed in one of the condos before that is located in that area. It belonged to one of our family members. They no longer own it. So we were happy to find this place. It was absolutely beautiful!!!

This is our second stay in this cozy unit. The decor is beach perfect. We love Bethany Bay, since the development is so welcoming. We enjoy riding our bikes, using the pool before or after the beach, and the 9-hole golf course is just perfect. Second time at this unit and it was clean and well appointed. Appreciated having a well stocked kitchen with trash bags, dishwasher soaps etc. Loved the location at the end of a cul de sac and this time hardly anyone around. Very quiet and peaceful

Nice view from the screened in porch. The place could use more towel bars and hooks. Child friendly features that I noticed but didn’t use. Very quiet and lots of stars visible at night.

Peaceful and relaxing stay!

From the wonderful communication with the owner to the beautiful community and very clean property, it was fantastic. The beds and couches were so comfortable. The property offered a pool which was FANTASTIC with very friendly people. 30 min or so to OCMD and 15 minutes to Bethany Beach Boardwalk. It was far enough away to have quiet but close enough to be part of all the action! Thank you to Sean for the early check in to help accommodate our early arrival to the city and thank you for the complimentary coffee. We will definitely be visiting this property again!!!

Wonderful experience!

We loved this home as soon as we entered. I really needed a rental on the first floor due to knee issues. The house was very clean and superbly decorated. I especially loved the way the stripes were done on both the living room and bedroom walls. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio in the morning and looking at the bay. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. Walking and biking the trails and surrounding area was amazing. Easy entry into the house. I hope to rent again!

Our Stay

The property was lovely, clean and in a great location. The master bedroom bed was a little saggy (to the outside), so we felt like we were falling off. We thought about moving to the twin beds, but 'made it work' with the king bed. Also, a STRONG suggestion, more towel bars in the bathrooms. The kitchen had great stuff to do our meals with (although we did bring some of our own things), the living room was comfortable and generally very nice. Otherwise a GREAT stay! Thanks Sean!

Nice and clean house

We love this beautiful house. It is very clean and nice. We especially love to sit on the porch and drink tea. The owner set the lock to the last four numbers of my cell which is really nice. The only thing we can recommend is to add hair dryer to the house. My wife tried to dry her after shower but couldn’t find one. We could have brought one if we were told. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

Exceeds your expectations for a Delaware visit

Property was located on a cul de sac street, quiet, great scenery, and plenty of parking. Unit was meticulous and had every convenience for a comfortable stay. Not far to drive to all the excitement. Sean is the best host. Quick to answer any questions and to offer any suggestions that you may have about your travel. We enjoyed the added value of seeing deer right outside our unit every day. Don't miss this one.

Awesome Experience

This was an awesome experience. The pictures do nothing for the property. When you see it in person it’s awesome. It’s in a great community and everyone is friendly and so pleasant. The host was awesome with communication as well. Great place to stay m Eateries AC bs beach close by.
