About this property

Recently built villa distributed over 3 floors. The villa has 250 meters built plus terraces, private garden and heated pool. I don't chlorinate in the pool. Four double rooms (three of the rooms have access to terraces), three full bathrooms, living room of 37 m2, kitchen of 16 m2, 3 terraces, two at the top and one at the bottom. Room with billiards and gym. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room.
It has a garden with lawn and private pool. The villa is ideal for cyclists as it has a garage on the ground floor and is located in an area with many routes. It has a supermarket, greengrocer, butcher shop, pharmacy a few meters away. For those who do not want to rent a car they have the bus stop very close where you can leave anywhere in the city.
The Villa is just 10 minutes drive from the city center where shops and trendy restaurants are located.
It also has a few minutes drive, shopping centers, beaches and golf courses.

An outstanding place to stay

Isidro is an excellent host. We arrived on a day when the shops were shut for a national holiday and he kindly filled the fridge for us, The house is even better than it looks on the Vrbo site. It is very spacious and well equipped with many places to sit in sun or shade .the pool was really great and the activities such as pool, the fitness machines and the table tennis were a real bonus. There is a great supermarket near by and it was very easy to get into Palm on public transport. The children loved it all. We had a really great week. We hope to return Thanks Isidro!

Super city finca

I can only recommend this city finca, it is super located, is super furnished and the owner is top, no really he fulfilled our every wish, even did the shopping for us on the day of arrival. I would book again immediately!

Besser geht nicht

Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar und noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Isidro ist der beste Gastgeber, den man sich wünschen kann. Alle Fragen wurden blitzschnell beantwortet. Nach einem Sturm mit kleinen Verwüstungen, kam er direkt am nächsten Tag, um alles wieder perfekt hinzurichten. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Anwesen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Säugling im Haus. Es wurde ein tolles Babybett bereit gestellt. Damit das Baby auch in den herrlichen Pool konnte, hat Isidro extra die Wassertemperatur erhöht. Ich glaube das ist einmalig auf Mallorca. Sozusagen gegenüber vom Haus ist ein großer Supermarkt und auch eine Apotheke ist um die Ecke. Ein gutes Restaurant haben wir in der Umgebung entdeckt. Fussläufig erreichbar. El Rincon de Cai. Super Essen, sehr aufmerksamer und sympathischer Service. Ansonsten sollte man zum Essen zB entweder nach Palma oder Portixol fahren Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Der Parkplatz vor der Garage ist immer frei. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und werden wiederkommen.
