About this property

Stylish villa in Palma, with heated pool and private garden.

Recently built villa distributed over 3 floors. The villa has 250 meters built plus terraces, private garden and heated pool. I don't chlorinate in the pool. Four double rooms (three of the rooms have access to terraces), three full bathrooms, living room of 37 m2, kitchen of 16 m2, 3 terraces, two at the top and one at the bottom. Room with billiards and gym. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room.
It has a garden with lawn and private pool. The villa is ideal for cyclists as it has a garage on the ground floor and is located in an area with many routes. It has a supermarket, greengrocer, butcher shop, pharmacy a few meters away. For those who do not want to rent a car they have the bus stop very close where you can leave anywhere in the city.
The Villa is just 10 minutes drive from the city center where shops and trendy restaurants are located.
It also has a few minutes drive, shopping centers, beaches and golf courses.
