Lovely week in Soller

The property is an ideal base to explore Soller. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing break. The pool and gardens are spacious and provide sun and shade all day long. The air con is a welcome relief on hot days. We look forward to returning soon.

Great house in a beautiful location

We had a lovely family stay here in May. Humi was a friendly and helpful host and the house is really clean and well equipped with everything you might need for cooking or enjoying the pool area. The balcony is spacious and a lovely place to sit and look out at the surrounding mountains. The location is also great, very peaceful but just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Soller. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet location and comfortable accommodation, we loved it!

Lovely return visit

The house is lovely and in a great location. The grounds of the house are great and there's lots of space inside and out. Some aspects of the house are feeling a little tired since our last visit - the decor is quite dated and the air conditioning isn't particularly effective - but it's still a great house.

We’ve stayed at this property for many years and it continues to excel. Humi is an excellent host with great communication and easy check in. The villa is wonderfully appointed - close to the centre of the beautiful town of Soller but in a lovely residential area. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. We are a family of four but the villa is big enough to comfortably accommodate more. The pool is lovely and the grounds are safe, secure and private. What the photos of the villa don’t do justice are the wonderful views of the mountains surrounding the town. Sitting on the balcony as the sun sets behind them with a glass of Rioja is a delight!

Can't wait to come back!

This is a perfect holiday home in lovely Soller and we can't wait to come back next year. Loads of space indoors and out for a family, lovely gardens, stunning views of the mountains, spotlessly clean, great wifi, comfy beds, plenty of good furniture inside and out so we could be together or apart as required. Pool is lovely. Huge laundry room and bikes. It's a very comfy traditional Mallorcan stone house, not super-modern but that's how we like it. Five mins to the Spar shop, which has almost everything you could want, and 15 mins to the beautiful main square with all the restaurants and the tram down to the port or the train to Palma. Humi was a wonderful host and helped with several things like booking taxis.

Der perfekte Ort für einen Aufenthalt in Sóller

Wir sind gerade erst von einer Woche in Sóller zurück gekommen und hatten einen wirklich wundervollen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, die Kinder haben den Garten mit den ganzen Spielsachen, die vor Ort sind, geliebt. Der Pool ist ein Meerwasserpool, was ganz schön ist, da die Westküste nicht ganz so viele Bademöglichkeiten im Meer bietet. Obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist, ist das Haus ruhig gelegen und der Garten nicht einsehbar. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum von Sóller und kann mit dem Auto viele Ausflüge rund um die Stadt unternehmen. Ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Haus entfernt liegt ein kleiner Sparmarkt, in dem man seinen täglichen Bedarf decken kann ohne mit dem Auto durch die engen Straßen zu müssen. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist eher nur für ein Auto geeignet, da man eine Rampe dahin runterfahren muss und dann direkt am Zaun parkt. Viel Platz ist hier nicht. Bei Problemen im Haus ist Humi jederzeit erreichbar und die Besitzerin war schon wenige Stunden danach bei uns. Danke für diesen top Service! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in La Casita rundum genossen und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub mit zwei Familien und insgesamt drei Kindern. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und das Städtchen Sóller bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Strand in Port de Sóller ist auch super. Am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ohne Kleinkinder kann man auch die 45 Minuten hin laufen oder ab und zu mal mit dem Bähnchen fahren. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight für die Kinder. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir haben zu zweit eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht und alles ist tip-top sauber und gepflegt. Das Zentrum von Soller erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.

gemütliche Ostertage in herrlichem Haus

als Familie mit 4 jugendlichen Kindern haben den Aufenthalt im schönen Haus sehr genossen und haben eine tolle Zeit dort verbringen dürfen. Das Haus mit eigenem Garten hat eine optimale Lage wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum von Soller wo es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt . Die Ausstattung des Hauses bietet alles was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Im schönen Garten und auf den Terassen fühlt man sich ganz privat und unbeobachtet von den wenigen direkten Nachbarn. Wir wurden liebevoll empfangen und die Organisation rund um das Ferienhaus war unkompliziert . Wir können das schöne Ferinhaus für 6 Personen sehr empfehlen. wir werden sicher wiederkommen...Anna u Johannes

tolles Haus in wunderschöner Gegend

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und verfügt im Grunde über alles was man benötigt. Sogar Zubehör (Taps, Salz, Klarspüler) für die Spülmaschine waren vorhanden. Das Haus liegt am Rand von Soller im Tramuntana Gebirge. Rund ums Haus sind große Gärten, bzw. auf einer Seite ein kleines Lager eines Bauunternehmers. Auf dem Platz befindet sich auch der PKW Parkplatz. Insgesamt liegt das Haus recht ruhig allerdings gibt es immer wieder Geräusche von Motorrädern und Rollern. (Ist halt Stadtlage). Nebenan gibt es Hühner und ein Hahn. Der Hahn kräht gerne Nachts, das störte schon das ein oder andere mal. Zu Fuß ist der Ortskern gut und schnell zu erreichen, dort gibt es tolle Restaurants, Eisdielen und kleine Geschäfte. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, alternativ steht die Straßenbahn oder das Fahrrad zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Urlaub (trotz Coronabeschränkungen) sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Badezimmer sehr modern. Das Zentrum von Sóller ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Wonderful propery

The house was immaculate when we arrived. Humi greeted us at the door. We stayed with two young children and there were inflatables for them in the pool. Soller was beautiful! Highly recommend and will visit again!

Usually stay at a friends property I. Soller however it was booked so picked this house on a friends recommendation. Great house perfect for town spacious garden and pool will most likely book again. Humi the manager was excellent all very easy !

Splendid sojourn in Soller

Clean and tidy with all the equipment needed for a family holiday. Lovely pool. Located 10-15 minute walk from Main Street and square. Spar shop 5 minute walk. We stayed in height of summer with very high temperatures and so found the only problem to be no air con in bedrooms. Needed to keep bedroom doors open to benefit from hall unit. Mobile fans available but noisy. Be prepared for cockerel to wake you early - you will get used to it! We were not troubled by road traffic noise during the night.

Great stay

We had a great stay and I can highly recommend the propery. The house is very well taken care off and was excellently equipped. We found everything that we could think of from beach toys, umbrellas, hair dryer, you name it. The garden is very child friendly. It's roughly a 10 min walk to the town center. Parking is available but note that maneuvering is difficult with a big car.
