Elegant Private Villa overlooking the sea Charming Property See View
Large villa divided into two independent apartments with a total of 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upper floor overlooks a large terrace half covered by a porch overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Punta Ala. The house is surrounded by a large terraced garden with the typical vegetation of the Maremma area. The area where it is located allows you to reach the marina and the beautiful beaches in ten minutes on foot. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances. The living room is double with dining room and also on the terrace there is a large table suitable for summer lunches and dinners. The rooms most exposed to the sun are air conditioned. The lower floor is completely independent, perfect for guests or babysitters, it consists of a double bedroom, bathroom and lounge.
