100 sqm apartment for 7 people, with 3 large terraces. The 60 square meter main terrace has a game table, a dining area with a table for 10 people, a relaxation area and a built-in barbecue. Two other terraces serve the same number of rooms. All with splendid views of the green of Punta Ala. Just 50 meters from the shops of Punta Ala. Close to the park for small children to walk. The beach is easily reached in about 10/12 minutes on foot, even with a stroller, via a very pleasant route.

A parking space (number 20) is reserved for your exclusive use.

Un angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa immersa nel verde di Punta Ala dove abbiamo trascorso delle vacanze super rilassanti e dove abbiamo approfittato di ogni agio e confort. Se dovessi descriverlo utilizzando una sola parola direi che è stato superlativo! Voglio davvero complimentarmi con il proprietario per l’attenzione ai dettagli! La casa è molto accogliente con delle bellissime terrazze curate nei minimi dettagli, a partire dall’arredo fino alle bellissime piante e fiori che arricchiscono l’ambiente e che ho personalmente molto apprezzato. La cucina super accessoriata e molto pratica con un grande frigorifero e tutto ció che serve per sentirsi a casa. Inoltre molto gradita la comodità di avere inclusi i lettini e l’ombrellone in spiaggia con la possibilità di arrivare in auto fino all’entrata del bagno Gymnasium. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta in maniera impeccabile e celere. Vogliamo ringraziare di cuore il signor David, il signor Pin e il giardiniere Luca per la simpatia e la loro disponibilità! L’anno prossimo, se le circostanze ce lo permetteranno e se riusciremo a combinare con le date, torneremo molto volentieri in questo angolo di paradiso nel quale abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore. Casa con encanto y playa privada

Hemos disfrutado de unos días estupendos en la casa de las terrazas. La casa está situada muy cerca de la playa, a la que se llega dando un paseo a pie de 15 minutos por un camino muy agradable. También se puede ir en bici o en coche. El alojamiento tiene incluida la reserva de la sombrilla en un club de playa privado en el que estábamos prácticamente solos (a principios de junio). Las terrazas de la casa son preciosas y muy cuidadas, se nota que vienen jardineros a menudo. La casa está muy bien equipada, limpia y ordenada. Nos atendieron David y Giovanni, un trato muy agradable y educado. Los supermercados grandes están un poco alejados, pero se puede hacer una compra grande y cerca de la casa hay un centro comercial, cafeterías, y un supermercado pequeñito para las cosas del día a día. También hay un puesto de fruta y verdura de camino a la playa. Tuvimos que pagar aparte las sábanas y toallas (15€ por persona y semana) además de la tasa turística (8€). Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas y si volvemos a Punta Ala repetiremos.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großzügigen Dach-Terrassen.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Ein echtes Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit überdachtem Essplatz und einer Sitzecke zum Spielen, Lesen und Plaudern.

Punta Ala magnifique. Plage également. Nature extraordinaire, très italien, pas trop fréquenté.

Merveilleuse terrasse très fleurie et très bien aménagée. Appartement simple mais très pratique avec tout le nécessaire. House Keeper très disponible et aimable. Point négatif, l’internet n’a pas fonctionné sauf au début du séjour.

Merci pour votre splendide commentaire, nous sommes heureux vous avez eu un très bon séjour à Punta Ala. Je ne savais pas que vous avez eu des problèmes avec internet. Le contrat internet est illimité. Ca doive marcher. Rarement on doive faire un "reset" du modem pour faire redémarrer la connexion. C'est très simple, on redémarre le modem en pressant le bouton pour 7 secondes. C'est tout. Si j'aurai su le problème je vous aurai donné la simple solution, ou un substitution de l'appareil, ou pire. Je suis à votre disposition 24/24h 7/7 pour assistance téléphonique pendant votre séjour. j'espère la prochaine fois vous appelerez le responsable de la assistance pendant votre séjour. J'espère vous revoir une prochaine fois dans notre petit paradis de Toscane.

superbe appartement

Bonjour Nous avons passé 3 semaines (22/06/18 au 14/07/2018) dans cette merveilleuse maison. La description faite correspond en tout point à ce que nous avons trouvé en arrivant. Rien ne manque Propriétaire sympa qui a répondu gentiment à toutes nos interrogations. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Belle région Belle plage (malheureusement beaucoup de payante) Location à conseiller

Abbiamo trascorso (4 adulti, 2 bambini) 2 bellissime settimane nell' "appartamento delle terrazze". L'appartamento è molto confortevole, ben accessoriato (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, barbecue, tv), e ben arredato. Molto comode e ben tenute le terrazze, la più grande fa da soggiorno estivo ed è ricca di piante (di cui si occupa un giardiniere!). Pur facendo parte di un complesso, la posizione (rialzata e ad angolo) è perfetta per la privacy. La vicinanza di piante ad alto fusto la rende fresca ed ombreggiata. Raggiungibile a piedi (3 minuti) un centro commericiale con minimarket, farmacia, giornalaio, tabaccaio, bar, pizzeria, chiosco delle frutta e verdura, banca, e boutiques varie. Il mare non è distante (spiaggia attrezzata a 15 minuti, spiaggia libera 25) ma spostandosi con bambini e relative attrezzature abbiamo sempre usato la macchina, anche contando sul fatto che l'appartamento dispone di un posto auto riservato a pochi passi e molto ben ombreggiato.

Una bella vacanza in famiglia

Casa molto bella, esattamente come viene descritta, e ben equipaggiata: barbecue, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno e ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza. Le terrazze sono tutte spaziose e piene di piante ben curate, ideali anche per far giocare i bambini. La casa é "naturalmente" ben areata e fresca anche in estate. Eravamo 3adulti e 4 bambini e con il passeggino in un quarto d'ora si era al mare. Pulizia della casa e servizio del proprietario eccellenti.
