Colina del Sol Apartment is confortable, luminous, and very quiet.
It is located in a complex with climatized pool, children pool and a restaurant by the pool, all with a fantastic sea view.
Surrounded with many restaurants, bakeries, shops, 200 metros to Biosfera Mall (Best mall in the island), and very close to the beaches.
It´s a great choice for your holidays. You wont regret it.
The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. It has wifi, flat tv, and a terrace with garden. The terrace is very sunny and quiet for private relax.
I am always available to help my guests.
Puerto del Carmen is the main touristic area in the island. The apartment is situated in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, and have everything handy so you wont need to use a car. Supermarkets, Pharmacy, bakery, shops, beauty salon, restaurants and more.

Apartement in zentraler Lage
Super Aufenthalt, zentral, trotzdem relativ ruhig. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, sonnig und windgeschützt. Auto ist nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Ein Mietwagen lohnt sich aber auf jedenfall für Ausflüge. Diese kann man aber auch mit dem Bus machen.
