Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in San Juan de Capistrano Nerja.



The heart of this south-facing apartment is the sunny-all-day terrace with breathtaking panoramic views towards the Mediterranean and Nerja. It has 4 comfortable sun loungers, a large table to enjoy family meals and a Lounge area where you can relax and enjoy a cool drink. To protect you from the heat of the sun, there is a large umbrella and an awning.



The living room is tastefully decorated, has a comfortable sofa and is technically well equipped with a TV and Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything yo need to prepare an excellent meal. The master bedroom with a double bed enjoys, as does the living room, direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe.



In the area there is a supermarket, several bars and restaurants and a large communal pool with children's area located just 200 meters away and surrounded by stunning views of the sea and mountains.



The famous Burriana beach is only 1.8 km away and the center of Nerja is 4km away, there is a bus line that connects the beach and the center with this urbanization.

San Francisco 71 Casasol apartments

Very good service by Casasol leading up to and upon arrival at the apartment. Representative was waiting to meet us at the property having informed them of our arrival at Malaga. Clear directions given to apartment. Apartment was lovely and with good size balcony. Photos were slightly deceiving regarding size of property, but didn't affect our stay.

Great stay at 71 San Francisco

Stayed in this property for a week. Really enjoyed the location & the property itself. The apartment isn’t far from the pool, just a 5 minute walk. The location is right at the top of a hill. Was fine for us, whenever we went to town we got a taxi back to avoid walking up the hill. Apartment was exactly like the images. It had everything you’d need for a stay in the sunshine! The property management were really helpful. We had a few things we needed help with whilst we were there and they were fast at responding and really helpful. I would recommend staying here and hope to stay in the future myself.

Wonderful 4 week autumn stay

This apartment works well for us with its large south facing terrace and more than enough space for the 2 of us (we have stayed here many times but some years ago now, as a family of 4 and there is enough space). We always travel to Spain by car and so the location of the apartment and access to Nerja etc is not a problem, and the local taxi service is good anyway. The area is generally peaceful, and we had a very relaxing time here, with the exceptional weather for the time of year being a great bonus. Overall, a great apartment and good service from Casasol. We look forward to using Casasol again. The apartment would benefit from a microwave. There were a number of spider webs around the apartment which is the only reason for scoring 4, otherwise it was very clean.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch! Die Terrasse umwerfend! Der Blick von der Terrasse einmalig schön ! Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht. Vom Geschirrspüler über die hervorragende Waschmaschine bis zur Klimaanlage mit der man auch heizen kann. Besonders schön waren die beiden Strandstühle, die zur Verfügung standen. Am Strand zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr gut zu gebrauchen. Die Ruhe in der ganzen Anlage ist herrlich. Kommt natürlich auf die Jahreszeit an. Die Betten / Matrazen waren hervorragend! Wir haben super geschlafen, ohne Rückenschmerzen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen, da wir über Casasol bereits zum 5. mal gebucht haben und stets sehr zufrieden waren. Es könnte mehr Besteck vorhanden sein! Wir hatten nur 3 Esslöffel und 3 kleine Löffel. Es wäre auch schön wenn es ein paar größere Trinkgläser gäbe. Wir hatten nur eins. Und leider waren auch sämtliche Pfannen unbrauchbar und müssten erneuert werden. Das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten und sicher ganz leicht zu beheben .

The apartment has beautiful views because it is up in the hills of Nerja

The urbanisation has an excellent pool and facilities in the area. We did not get a change of bed linen or towels. We stayed 13 nights. We had to wash our bed linen and towels a number of times throughout our stay. This might be an oversight because we were told we were to be supplied with fresh linen but we never received.

A great holiday

Our second time staying in San Juan de Capistrano. We love it. Beautifully kept pool area and gardens and a short drive to Nerja. This apartment was a great base for our holiday; air conditioning in each room made it a very comfortable place to be. Lovely terrace with plenty of space; well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
