About this property

Athens Historic Centre Renovated Apartment

Our recently renovated spacious apartment awaits to host group of friends, families, or even couples that look for a cozy, comfortable place in a perfect location.

Situated in the heart of the commercial center of Athens and next to Acropolis, it will provide the perfect spot either for a long stay or for a short weekend in the capital.

Entering the entrance door, you take the stairs up to the second floor.

As you enter the apartment, there is the dining room with a dining table, and a spacious closet. There are two bedrooms on your right hand. The first has a queen double bed and the second has two single beds and a folding bed can be added.

After the two bedrooms is the living room with a double sofa bed and an armchair bed and provides access to the sunny and quiet balcony.

At the other side of the dining room is our completely renovated, modern and practical bathroom and at the left is a fully equipped kitchen.

Our desire is to provide anything that would make you feel at home: all kitchen and electric appliances, fast speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and bathroom amenities.

In case you are travelling with a baby company, there is even a baby cot and a high chair to make your stay with your newborn easier!

Great stay

This apartment is very well situated for walking distance to major sites. Gabriel was terrific for supplying information and organizing transport and excursions. We definitely recommande this emplacement!

Incredible all around

Such a cute apartment in a perfect location, everything is close by and accessible. Amazing bars and restaurants nearby, and so many sights to see in a walkable distance. I’d 100% recommend this stay to anyone

Great location

Loved this stay. Apartment is perfect for location, central to all the atttactions with restaurants, super market and bars all steps away from the apartment. Gabriel was great with communication, organising out transport and check in was problem free. Great little apartment for exploring Athens!

Great stay

The apartment is large, well renovated and clean. It is easily reachable from the metro stations and has everything within walking distance. The communication with the owner were great as well as the check-in/check-out process. Definitely suggested.

Walkable Athens

Great location and great price. 2 flight walk -up in a great neighborhood. there was a super restaurant across the street, cool shops and you are at the edge of the touristy area- not in it. You can hear some street action from the apartment. Manager Gabriel was extremely responsive and set up airport transportation for us. Thanks Gabriel! Great stay!

Comfortable space. Good location.

2 bdrm space was clean and comfortable for our teens who wanted each’s own bed. Once settled in we realized the location is very convenient (equal distance to blue,red line), pastry shop that opens early, restaurants, walking distance to the Acropolis (looking down some streets you’ll see it up in the distance). Gabriel was a great host: fast response, good information ahead of check in incl suggestions for local places. Thank you for being a part of our 1st trip experience to Greece.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der großzügigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral und doch ruhig. Nur die Aussicht ist aufgrund der dichten Bebauung in der Stadtmitte nicht so toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und über die wertvollen Tipps rund um Athen sehr gefreut.

Très bel appartement, emplacement idéal

Très bel appartement : spacieux, agencé avec soin, décoré avec goût. Propreté impeccable et la literie est très confortable. Bien équipé, on a apprécié la clim et le wifi. La situation est idéale pour visiter la ville (on a tout fait à pied) et très proche du métro Syntagma en venant de l’aéroport. Le quartier est très calme et sécurisant, et l’immeuble est silencieux ; on a pu profiter tranquillement de la terrasse (sans vis à vis). On trouve tous les commerces à proximité : supérettes, boulangerie, café et de très bons restaurants. Gabriel est un hôte très attentif et bien organisé et partage ses bons plans et conseils sur Athènes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
