WELCOME !!

1-bedroom house, specifically designed for short or long-term tourist rental, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Exclusive WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING, free PARKING, WASHING MACHINE.Fully equipped, appliances, bedding, towels, pool towels, kitchen utensils, Gel, etc...

In the heart of Playa del Inglés, with lots of natural lighting, just 5 minutes' walk from the YUMBO Shopping Center and the main leisure areas in the south of Gran Canaria. In my little corner you will find everything you need to spend a few days of authentic relaxation and comfort. Very cozy accommodation, ideal for couples, it is a very quiet place. The house has everything you need so you can enjoy your stay.

It has a double bed. Our guests praise our beds.The kitchen has an oven, microwave.In the living room you can enjoy Led TV and exclusive WiFI, on the table in the room you will find the data to connect.

The building has swimming pools and common areas that guests can enjoy. In the same building there is a supermarket and a small cafeteria. In the surroundings of the building you will find all the necessary transport services to be able to move, a large supermarket, several restaurants, such as the Allende Restaurant with varied and creative food, on Tirajana Avenue, the Rimini Italian restaurant with several quality awards, also El Carretón, Allende 22º Restaurant, Donosty Restaurant. on the same avenue as the building,

Ok place for short stays.

Checkin went well, communication was good. Confortable bed, but small apartment even for 2 with luggage… problem we had; Bad odors coming from the bathroom every day… we even tried to leave water in the sink but the water was not staying… we tried to put something to block odors over shower drain… no didn’t work… the tv volume didn’t work…

Nice little apartment close to all amenities

Apartment very nice for a short stay, balcony quite small but apartment well furnished with everything you need, there wasn't a safe when we arrived but Patricia soon sorted it and we had one installed within a day, could do with a long mirror in the hall somewhere as only one in the bathroom, Patricia is very helpful and answered our queries straight away, it's a nice quiet site, pool great to top your tan up, we certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Kleines, gemütliches und bestens ausgestattetes Appartement.

Meine Frau und ich haben das Appartement 1 Woche genutzt und waren absolut zufrieden. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind alle in direkter Nähe. Der Strand ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement wirkte sehr! sauber, Inneneinrichtung war neuwertig, auch das Bad schien modern und jung. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts, sogar eine elektrische Orangenpresse befand sich in der Küche. Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gibt....im Schlafzimmer war es etwas hellhörig. Ansonsten geben wir eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung, wir würden es bei einem erneuten Gran Canaria-Aufenthalt noch mal nutzen.
