Beautifull home and airia

Beautifull home in the hills. Quiet and with a lovely view. The kids loved the pool. The house is spacious and clean and everything you need is there. The host is very helpfull and easy to communicate with. We had a very good time here with 3 kids from 14 to 19 years old. The host is very nice and helpfull

Perfect house and host

We were a family of four plus an uncle and aunt - the house was the perfect size for us and exactly what we wanted, to relax, hang out and play games. It was clean and very well equipped- we’d brought things from a previous rental that we didn’t end up needing here. The house is very pretty and Daniel obviously takes great care of the house and its contents. We loved the fireplace! Daniel was easy and quick to communicate with and a very friendly and helpful host. We are excited to return another time!

Wonderful, tranquil setting, clean and full of extra for a perfect stay

This is probably the best place I have stayed using Vrbo over 10 years. Daniel and Estar present a perfect place, a stone house, nicely furnished and extremely clean. They provide so many extras, from separate towels for the swimming pool, BBQ coals and lighters, soap, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms and a kitchen stocked with dishwasher and washing machine tabs, vinegar, oil, coffee, tea, sugar and herbs, towels etc. They even came to change the sheets and towels during our one week stay. Whilst the garden and pool area is tranquil with views of Montserrat, the area has a lot to do besides visiting this famous site, including a great castle at Cardona, and an old grocery store/wine merchant in Calaf, plus we enjoyed visiting the museums, cave of St ignacio and old medieival street in Manresa. There are several walking trails close to the house too although in the height of summer it was a bit hot to do these. You can also get the train to barcelona from the rack rail near Montserrat which has free parking. A wonderful location for rest and sightseeing. I would come again and highly recommend Cal Japet as THE place to stay.

Aankomst was prima geregeld. Kregen een paar uur voor aankomst de toegangscode. Huisje was precies zoals beschreven stond. Alles netjes verzorgd en alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Heerlijk rustig gelegen met een schitterend uitzicht

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire des lieux malgré notre retard, dans un vaste logement très propre et bien équipé. Le site est très reposant avec quelques activités ou visites à proximité. Les amoureux de la mer se trouveront un peu loin des plages.

Superbe séjour au cœur de la Catalogne

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, avec un propriétaire très hospitalier et très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Dans une maison très spacieuse et confortable. Elle est adaptée aux familles avec jeunes enfants, avec une piscine qui permet de se détendre dans la douceur de la chaleur catalane. Coin idéale pour ceux qui aiment les randonnées et pour ceux qui veulent passer une semaine au calme. Barcelone est à une heure de route, nous y sommes allés deux fois. Je recommande vivement à ceux qui aiment l'Espagne, d'y séjourner.

Prácticamente nos pasemos el fin de semana en el jardín, pero dentro de la casa no faltaba el más mínimo detalle. El lugar está bien porque no molestas a nadie y se está tranquilo.

Gastvrij en net verblijf

Dankzij de goede communicatie met Daniel, werden we niet verrast door de stroomuitval bij aankomst (door het onweer) en konden we het snel verhelpen. Daniel is ontzettend gedreven om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het huis was erg prettig en netjes verzorgd. De ruime kamers en schone badkamers voldeden volledig aan onze behoefte. We hebben ook genoten van het zwembad wat voor de nodige verkoeling zorgt. De tuin was wat dor maar logisch na de droge periode die we hebben gehad. Verder mag het hekwerk wat aandacht omdat onze hond er onder door kon. (Kleine hond). Maar konden we makkelijk oplossen met wat stenen. Niks dus wat onze vakantie heeft verstoord. We hebben ontzettend genoten.

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia y todo fue perfecto. La casa cuenta todos los detalles para pasar una estancia muy agradable. Además David fue muy comunicativo y comprensivo desde el inicio. Muy recomendado.

Relax y desconexión

Es una casa grande pero asignada una zona central con puertas inaccesibles para el huésped. Tiene un baño grande, dos habitaciones con todo lo necesario, ventiladores incluidos. Quizá faltarían mosquiteras. La cocina no le falta de nada, tienes un chromecast en la TV, y el jardín está un poco descuidado y el tema sombra debería de revisarse para una mejor comodidad ya que hay que ir desplazando la mesa y estaría mejor tener una pèrgola o similar. En general muy buena estancia, los dueños gente muy atenta y pendientes de las necesidades.

La verdad que todo perfecto. Las fotos se adaptan perfectamente a lo que hay, es más, engañan un poco ya que el patio y la piscina son más grandes en realidad de lo que parecen por las fotos. Así que perfecto!
