Check in easy with door code. Met mike and spoke with Kim. Both were helpful. We needed a playpen which mike was able to provide on request quickly. We were able to catch 1 silver each day right from the private dock(early in season).

We loved it. The property was well set up for fishing. Had a cleaning station with supplies. Rods and reels as well. Also had rooms that were the darkest when we slept. We plan on going back for an even longer stay.

The view was tremendous. We were able to catch salmon by wading in the stream by the dock during high tide windows. Around a 4 hour period befor and after high tide. Mike was very helpful. Enjoyed watching the show put on by the eagles. You will enjoy your stay.

Comfortable, Scenic cabin with excellent fishing

Quiet comfortable cabin on bank of Kasilof River. Stayed during sockeye run and enjoyed excellent fishing. Cabin is ideal for 2 -3 couples or a family. The friendly host is attentive to your needs. Would highly recommend the property

Great Host/House

Perfect spot for a stay during an Alaskan vacation. Clean, practical, great access for fishing the river, and very quiet. Mike is a friendly, helpful host, and he goes above and beyond in helping ensure a great visit. Highly recommend Mike’s beautiful spot on the Kasilof!

Perfect Alaska vrbo experience

Great setting RIGHT on the river with moose sighting one morning and eagles flying by regularly. Great host who was very helpful when we unfortunately had a flat tire on our truck one morning. Would love to stay agin some day.

Coming back next year

This was a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The weather was amazing and the fishing was excellent. Mike was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and helpful. He went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay! It was an adorable place with all the amenities and a beautiful view of the Kasilof. Kim is a wonderful hostess and even dropped off freshly made strawberry rhubarb preserves and dog bowls for the pups. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We’ll be back.

Excellent fishing setup

Cabin was perfect for fishing. Dock and fish cleaning station was amazing. Owner next door was really helpful and we had a lot of fun fishing with him. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

Finally was able to see a moose on our last day. Beautiful.

Property was gorgeous. Home was beautiful and very clean and well stocked. Host was there to give advice on fishing and had poles and everything thing needed to catch your limit.

Wonderland

This cabin did not disappoint. On the wasilof river with private dock. Immediately started fishing and catching salmon. So peaceful and quiet. Sitting on the dock drinking coffee and watching eagles fly over. Definitely would go back here

Newly built! Peaceful, relaxing view of the river. Friendly and accommodating owners.
See the ocean tides on the river daily! Tides waters slows the river and some times stops it with large tides. This is an amazing sight and right out your front door. Not to mention it helps bring the fish into the river!

What makes this property unique

Freezer outside to store your catch of the day. Fish cleaning station, full home including laundry! Seclusion with amenities.
