2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments with either private terrace

Welcome to Residencial El Puerto, a very well presented small apartment block located just 5 minutes walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon.

Each apartment has a comfortable lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV Limited selection of channels wifi included in the price. There is a full kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is access to a washing machine in the Solana.

There are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed and a further TV, Limited selection of channels, the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle. Each apartment has either a small private patio or balcony ideal for an al fresco breakfast !

The communal areas are very well maintained with well established gardens which includes local fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to. There is a communal solar heated pool with plenty of sunbeds ideal to relax on and enjoy the beautiful Lanzarote days.

These are non smoking apartments, smoking is allowed on the terrace/patios.
Cot and high chair available at no extra charge.

The apartment (No.2) was lovely and clean on arrival and was what we expected from what we had seen in the photos.The location was good, only a 5 minute walk to Marina Rubicon.The only thing that let the place down for us was the beds, the mattresses in both rooms were very firm (uncomfortable) and the pillows were in need of refreshing, one of the pillows had hardly any stuffing left in it. The kitchen facilities were fine for making breakfast/lunch meals.All in all, we had a nice stay. Would I return again? No, unfortunately. This was down to how uncomfortable the mattresses/pillows were.

Schöne, kurzweilige Woche an der Playa Blanca

Das Objekt ist geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Bei einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt würde ich einen Backofen vermissen. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und spendet sowohl Schatten als auch Schutz vor (allerdings äußerst seltenem) Regen.
