Riverstone - Pigeon Forge Luxury Resort

RiverStone Resort is surrounded by the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains, bordered by the cascading waters of the Little Pigeon River and overlooks the Seventh Fairway of the Gatlinburg Golf and Country Club. Located right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, yet set in a private and secluded oasis of natural beauty. RiverStone creates a new standard of luxury living.

Our non-smoking condominium is spacious (approximately 1800 square feet) and has a fully furnished designer interior featuring ceramic tile, stainless steel appliances, oversized master suite and bathroom with double vanities, six foot whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a TV and the living area has a large plasma TV with HD signal and DVD capability. Internet service is available. Condominium has a large balcony overlooking the seventh fairway and a screened in front porch.

RiverStone offers activities and facilities you will only find at a true luxury resort. The Spa at RiverStone offers massages, facials and manicures in a luxury atmosphere. The indoor/outdoor pool complex has a spectacular pool and hot tub set in a two-story glassed atrium. Adjoining the pool is a children's playground. The fitness center features treadmills, elliptical trainers and a full array of cardiac and strength equipment.

Walk to the parkway. Dollywood and Splash Country are just a mile down the road. The Old Mill area is nearby as well as shopping, attractions and numerous restaurants.

This place was great! Very clean and furniture and beds were outstanding. The view was awesome to watch the golfers mess up their approach shots onto the green. One of the best we have stayed at.

Just to start, I've never left a negative review on anything. Check in - looks nice, wifi password invalid, cards for pool don't work no big.Back from pool front entryway carpet soaking wet. Multiple photos, videos sent to owner. Because it is privately owned, Riverstone won't help. Bucket filled with water, standing water on floor - AC drain is plugged. The bucket was placed under the AC unit and was overflowing. Owner is out of town can't get anyone to come until next afternoon. plenty of pics and videos sent to owner. Wifi got fixed by me, after it was clear the owner wanted to argue everything i said. I used to work on networks for a living, didn't come here to relive that world.Long story short, leaving this morning, the entry way is still very wet. The owner claims it was condensation - it most definitely wasn't. Condensation doesn't soak a hallway, entryway and 2 closets. The denial is pretty crazy when I have videos of an overflowing bucket directly under the AC and water running out of the condenser on to the floor.Last but not least, the owner responded that I was attacking his dead mother by saying the AC had been neglected. I quit engaging after that email yesterday.

Wonderful location and very nice property. The only issue we had was some dirty cookware in the cabinet(casserole dish, still in the cabinet), and some nuts in the floor from a previous guest. Thanks for a nice stay.

Great property and very spacious. Lazy River was a lot of fun. Good location-close to everything in pigeon forge. Wi-fi did not work until the afternoon of last day of the trip, but we made due.
