The villa is distributed over two floors to offer an exquisite and functional space. On the main floor, an elegant and spacious living room is home to extremely comfortable seating, a large television, a high quality sound system and direct access to the outdoor area. The kitchen, fully equipped with two refrigerators, is a culinary sanctuary for those who love to cook. Furthermore, on this floor, we find a large master bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Going up to the first floor, we are welcomed by a splendid suite with private bathroom, hydro-massage bathtub and a dressing room. Next to this, there is a bright bedroom with double bed and two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, accompanied by a bathroom with shower.

The outdoor grounds, with an extension of 1000 square metres, are home to an impressive 9 metre by 4 metre swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, a sun lounger area for sunbathing and a large barbecue area that is elegantly illuminated at night.

The villa has an enclosed car park with space for two cars, as well as a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and a sound system that ensures continuous entertainment.
