The area is very characteristic and romantic with alleys, restaurants, street artists and is well connected with a bus terminal behind the house that allows you to move comfortably on foot or using public transport. You have the possibility to rent bikes and have luggage storage for night flights. Ideal for those who want to see and live the atmosphere of the Eternal City.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet building, has a separate entrance and an outdoor space to relax after a long day of walking. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofà bed, full hd projector with free use of NETFLIX (archive with over 1000 films and tv series in different languages), free fiber optic wifi (very fast), air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub, independent heating, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, table and iron, upholstery and furniture of excellent quality. The location of this place is awesome, you can walk to many main attractions. The place was very clean and the private back patio was wonderful. Five stars, the only thing to be aware of is that if you like to and want to cook, there is not much in the way of basics at the place. Other than that, it’s a lovely place.

We lucked out on this apartment. Near Campo del Fiori with markets during the day and lots of restaurants in the evening. Within walking distance of many sights. The owner and her helper were responsive to our questions and the apartment patio was a plus.

Wonderful apartment in heart of Rome

We had an amazing stay at this garden apartment in the heart of the Campo di Fiore area of Rome. It was convenient to everything and in a quiet neighborhood with its own charm. The garden terrace in the apartment is such a unique find. It was a perfect oasis after experiencing the crowds of Rome. Also, the air conditioning was a real life saver. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We loved this spot and can't wait to visit again.

Great stay!

I had a great 3 night stay in Rome. I would highly recommend this stay! Liked -the apartment was very nice and comfortable -the host was very responsive and welcoming -the location was perfect to see all of the sites. I walked to most of them -very quiet location but close to everything that you need -the air conditioning was great, even for May as it was very warm -the kitchen was very well equipped -I felt very safe as i was on my own My only disappointment was that I was excited to use the large yard in the back. It was the reason I booked it. It was not very clean in my opinion. It needed a complete spring clean-up and rinse/wipe down before my arrival. I would come back for sure. I’d also recommend the service that she uses for airport pickup and drop off. They were very reliable and communicative.

La situation géographique était parfaite, très bien située à proximité de tous les sites à visiter à pied, seul petit bémol, il manquait un peu de commodité dans l’appartement pour quelqu’un qui veut se faire un minimum à manger, pas de cafetière (percolateur), pas grille-pain, 1 torchon à vaisselle, pas de plat qui va au four, pas de balais etc.. et quelques problèmes électriques qui se règlent facilement.

Emplacement idéal, appartement fonctionnel avec un sympathique jardin privé. Les échanges avec l'hôte et la collecte des clés se sont très bien déroulés. Pour les points faibles, la propreté n'était pas impéccable et il y avait des travaux à l'étage au dessus tôt le matin, ce qui a rendu notre séjour un peu moins tranquille.

Des vacances inoubliables… Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine chez Daniele "l’appartement aussi confortable qu’à la maison avec le dépaysement en plus" Lorenzo nous a accueilli avec une très grande gentillesse. L’appartement était exactement comme sur les photos. Très beau.Très propre.Très belle salle de bain.Très bien agencé.Literie très confortable avec un lit king size comme à la maison,La clim fonctionne parfaitement.Rien ne manquait.Nous nous sommes sentis très rapidement comme chez nous. Et le patio un pur bonheur.Tous les matins nous prenions le petit déjeuner dehors.il faut dire qu’il faisait très beau Le soir repos après une longue journée de marche et de visites dans le petit salon de jardin très agréable.Nous avons même essayé le hamac! Idéalement situé de toutes les visites de Rome à pieds Il y a même à 2 minutes un petit coop pour dépanner.De très bons restaurants aussi tout près de l’appartement.Je vous conseille le "Café Peru" très bon accueil et excellente cuisine.Le repaire des jeunes italiens Daniele nous a même réservé un chauffeur pour l’aéroport à l’aller et au retour.Daniele est un hôte au top pour la communication .Elle fût parfaite,il répondait dans l’heure même parfois moins .( et pourtant le pauvre,je l’ai harcelé de question LOL) Nous reviendrons c'est sûre,nous n'avons pas tout vu de Rome"La Ville éternelle" Je garde Précieusement l'adresse pour louer à nouveau cet hébergement. Merci Daniele d'avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour"Exceptionnel"

Location could not be beat!

Everything from the time we booked, to the time we arrived, during our stay, and to when we checked out were above expectation. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp, and we had an amazing time. The location was just right for us: walking distance to everything we wanted to see including lots of churches, shopping and tourist destinations, close to everything (yet not in the middle of it, so it was easy to relax when we needed and to sleep with no noise), grocery store, and bus depot. I would stay there again.
