This was an excellent rental rental. Lots of space for everyone and a really well-appointed kitchen. Everything was really comfortable. Location was great and it was easy to walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this house.
Great location for access to downtown and beaches. Cozy family room with plenty of space to sit. We enjoyed the fireplace as it was chilly March. We enjoyed a lovely girls’ weekend.
My buddy and I have been coming to Falmouth for the past 5 years at the beginning of February for a guys trip and absolutely love staying here. Everything is exactly as described in the listing and more. It was very clean, quiet, comfortable, lots of amenities, close to everything we wanted and had everything we needed ... and Des was an excellent host. We would 100% stay here again.
This is a repeat visit for us. Des is a great host, good communication, and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. House is charming and in a great location.
This property was an amazing stay. We enjoyed how comfortable, inviting and clean the house is. The host was quick to communicate anytime we had any questions or concerns. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home ......
We had an amazing stay! The house was very spacious and we loved the backyard! Very cozy and conveniently located - walking distance to restaurants and the beach! Would stay here again!
The kitchen was well equipped and clean. There were four of us at any given time, and we ate almost all our meals in. There were plenty of plates, mugs and glasses, although we could have used more silverware. Very convenient location on a quiet side street. We walked into town, to shops, stores and to the beach. Good lighting throughout and night lights in the bathrooms - much appreciated. Plenty of towels. The heating was a little uneven. Being March and below freezing at night, the second floor bedrooms were a little cool. Good check-in and check-out information.
House had everything we needed and more! Very clean and in a great location, close to beach and high street shops and restaurants. An excellent base to explore Cape Cod!
The home is so homey and surrounding area just adorable. Great close walk to the ocean and downtown. I would highly recommend this house if going to Massachusetts to see the Cape Cod attractions and surrounding areas.
