Extra family room with cable TV perfect for watching movies, reading a book or relaxing. Covered and open deck with views and plenty of porch furniture. Gas grill, charcoal grill, covered parking. Short walk to the ocean. Weekly only during June, July & August. No smoking. No pets.

Perfect Vacation

Our family's vacation here in Emerald Isle was wonderful. The house was beautiful and everything we needed was there. The area was quiet with close proximity and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed family nights on the deck with the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. It was very relaxing. We would visit here again.

Beautiful home. Clean and fully stocked! Nice short walk to beach access and quiet neighborhood. Host was quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. Close to grocery stores and activities. Great trails to hike nearby. Will definitely stay again!!!

We loved the hous!e. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and all the appliances worked! The location was a convenient easy walk to the beach. Communication with Chris was quick and easy. We recommend this place for any family gathering.

The house is beautifully decorated, and the paint choices make it cheerful and fun even if the weather is not great. The carpet and furniture need a thorough cleaning but absolutely loved the sunroom.

We absolutely loved our week in this house. Once we arrived, I immediately messaged to Chris to let him know we appreciated his attention to detail and the decor. It felt like we were in a house in the Keys. We are know stranger to Emerald Isle or vrbo. The location was great and this house met our needs as a family. Two thumbs up!!!

Great Christmas!

Great Christmas getaway location for a visit with family. Weather was wonderful, beach was not crowded at all and the home was great. In my wife’s words, “these people understood the assignment.” We had a great stay and are considering making this an annual event!

We enjoyed this house. Four bedrooms 2 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twins. Great kitchen, family room, and sunroom. Very bright and a lot of sun and only short 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Linens were dry cleaned which was nice. Only issues need TVs in each bedroom, need to clean blades on all ceiling fans, and make the game room feel more appealing because it just feels like a dark basement. But all in all we would recommend this place.

Great getaway!

Loved the space and colors of the rooms. Enjoyed the sunroom and being able to walk to beach was just a block away.. The only negative would be walking up stairs. Not ideal for elderly or people experiencing joint pain.. You have to climb stairs to bring in groceries and more stairs to bedrooms.

Great family vacation at Emerald Isle

We had a great week's vacation at this property, which is only a couple minutes walk to beautiful beaches. Many enjoyable hours hanging out in this clean, comfortable home. The ping pong table was a highlight for us, and Chris was an excellent host.

Great place to stay

We chose this home based on the pictures we saw online and it would work best for our family girls trip this year! The pictures do not do this home justice! It was nice and private very short walk to the beach, the ping pong table was a huge hit and it was a beautiful home! We loved the colors and you could not help but be happy surrounded by such beautiful colors. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware we needed! Owner responded to all of my questions promptly no matter how silly they were! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach house great location

We had an awesome time staying in Chris’s beach house. It’s located in the middle of everything and a super short walk to the beach. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 5. We will definitely be back again. Chris was an excellent hope. Highly recommend!

Everything was great accommodations were perfect for the 8 of us. Chris was easy to work with!

Property was overall pretty clean! the only thing we found that could have been better was the air conditioning filters we extremely dirty & the bottom cabinets Pots & Pans were thrown in, I found myself straightening things out! There was a broken shower door in one of the bathrooms!

Great property!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated With beach vibes and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in. Access to the beach was very close. Chris, the property manager, was very nice and easily accessible by text. He provided all information to access the property prior to our stay. It was very thorough and we had no problems during our stay. We loved this property so much that we’ve already reserved it for our vacation next Summer!

We had a great family beach week!

We just got back from a great week at the beach with our family. We thoroughly enjoyed this house. We especially loved the sunroom for early morning coffee and the decks/outdoor speakers and ping pong tables for the late afternoon fun and evening hours. We will definitely be back!
