There is so much for guests to enjoy on the estate. Have a game of tennis or basketball on the court, and the children’s playground has a picnic table where adults can relax and keep an eye on the kids. If you are an experienced fisherman, there are three trout ponds where fly fishing with barbless hooks can be enjoyed on a catch and release basis. There is an abundance of wildlife to spot, have your camera at the ready to snap red squirrels, deer, pine martens and so many wild birds including ospreys. The attractive Highland village of Killin is within walking distance along a quiet pathway where you will find bars, cafés, bistros, restaurants, shops, a 9-hole golf course and the spectacular Falls Of Dochart. Killin plays host to events throughout the year including the Highland games and a fireworks display on New Year’s Eve.

Really comfortable cottage with lovely outlook
We stayed in Larch which had by far the best outlook with a balcony along the rear. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, good heating. What wasn’t mentioned in the blurb was the washing machine. A great find on a touring holiday.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2023
