Probably the finest development of private villas in Lanzarote on the wonderful South coast in Playa Blanca.
The villa sits within electrically gated community with unique seafront access to the promenade. Within 7 minutes walk to Playa Flamingo beach and many fine restaurants.
The villa features one of the largest heated outdoor pools within Playa Blanca 12x4 meters and games room with pool and table tennis tables.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms, 1 with bunk bed and a single bed and 4th bedroom with 2 single beds, sleeping 9 in total. Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a family bathroom.
An extensively equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machines. Utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.

Villa Casa Jemma

Great location in quiet area - easy access to sea front walkway. Large heated pool, great for swimming - very clean and in excellent condition (we've stayed in a few villas in Playa Blanca and this is the best pool). Views of Fuerteventura. Plenty of outdoor space to catch the sun & shady areas as well. We really enjoyed our holiday here.

Fantastic villa

We've just come back from a week at Casa Jemma. The villa was amazing and had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday. The pool is lovely and was perfect for seven of us. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at a number of Playa Real villas and Casa Jemma is one of the best. The villa was very clean and comfortable. Fabulous pool and sun bathing areas. The kitchen was very well equipped. The games room is a bonus. It is in a perfect location with access to the coastal path to nearby restaurants, bars and beaches. The booking process was seamless and the host is very attentive to ensuring you have everything you need before travelling. We will definitely return.

Villa was amazing best we have stayed in, very clean & everything you could ask for. Lovely private location with great pool. Towels changed often & pool cleaned regularly. We had the best holiday and a large part of that was due to this wonderful Villa. The layout was perfect, the Pool was wonderful, you had everything you needed. Paul and Michelle and their team that look after the Villa do an amazing job. We would 100% stay again.

We had a great stay here. The villa is spacious and has everything you could want. Great heated pool, games room, BBQ and much more. Our group was made up of 7 from 3 generations and we all loved it. 15 min walk to great beach, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa in perfect location

Best thing about the villa is it is just off the main path along the coast so no roads to cross to get to the sea front. You can see the sea and view across to Fuertaventura from the villa which is stunning. From the coastal path you can walk to Playa Flamgingo, onto City Beach all the way to Marina Rubicón if you can manage it! The villa itself is spacious, clean and light. Great for a family. Lovely pool and nice bedrooms.

Lovely Villa, great location and good cycling location

This is a Lovely well equipped, and well serviced Villa, in a great but peaceful location, close to the main tourist area of Playa Blanca. Good starting spot for cycling as it's a gentle climb, out to Yaisa and to the Timanfaya plateau. Rather than the steep climb from Puerto Calero, Puerto Del Carmen, Playa Honda or Ariceffe. Paul and Michelle were great at providing all relevant details about the villa and how to have a great holiday.

Excellent property - The introduction/instruction letter was self exoplanetary and instructions were easy to follow. Welcome Information booklet was very good, informative and helpful. Everything was simple to operate and convenient, access to the sea walk was straightforward and the walk was lovely.Suggest a pack of drinking water be in the fridge for late arrivals; we had two small children with us and didn't want to stop at a supermarket after the journey, had to go out again as soon as we pulled-up to get water - bit of a pain

We've been before, we'll go again.

Great quiet and safe location. Walking distance to Flamingo Beach, restaurants and shops. Even to Marina Rubicon (8000 steps to get there, but flat and easy walking). Fabulous sunsets. Heated pool was a total winner for our 7 year old who was wet more than he was dry ( and now wants to live there). Fully equipped kitchen, good showers, fabulous games room. We love it here and will certainly be back.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely villa. It’s in a fabulous location on a quiet and secure development with easy access to the sea front. There are plenty of shops and bars / restaurants within a short walk and it’s a very pleasant stroll to the centre of the resort. The villa was spotlessly clean and is very well equipped. The outdoor area is very good with gorgeous views and a superb heated pool. We also enjoyed using the games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Communications with both the owners and managing agent were first class. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Overall
