Bellerive is Coeur D’ Alene's most desirable waterfront community on the Spokane River.
This third floor condo does not have a river view but it has all the luxurious amenities you would expect, including the use of the day boat dock and the gym. This contemporary, newly furnished 2 bedroom condo will sleep 4. King bed in the master bedroom with a Casper mattress, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with a new Posturepedic mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need. The washer & dryer are located in the condo for your personnel use and convenience. The bathrooms are also supplied with toiletries, hair dryer and plush towels. Teak furniture on the balcony with a new propane grill. The living room features a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the balcony, with black out roller shades .

Three flat screen TV's on premium cable/sports with surround sound equipped with Bluetooth and high speed internet. Fully equipped condo with 5 spa terry bathrobes, board games, books, DVD's, iron and with all the comforts of home, you won't want to leave. Minimum 3 night stay..
Located in the Riverstone Development, it's a short walk to Starbucks, movie theaters, shopping and many restaurants. Also, The 24 mile Idaho Centennial bike/walk trail is steps away. Downtown CDA is a short car 5 minute car ride away, where you will find the CDA Resort, bike/boat rentals, marina, beach, restaurants, shopping and much more. Located 3 minutes off of the I-90 FWY. Four bicycles and helmet's are also provided for your use. Two of the bikes are suitable for children.

Overnight boat slips are available for rent at the Boardwalk Marina located at the CDA resort. Day use docks at the condo on the river are complimentary.

Beautiful place on the river. Well stock with pots and pans if you want to cook. Easy access to restaurant district. Loved the 4 bikes available for exploring the city. Overall a great trip and experience.

Great Vacation Condo

The condo is clean, maintained, and located in Riverstone allowing for walking to restaurants, coffee, and trails. The location is close to freeway access and central to the city. This is one of our favorite condos that we have stayed in.

Beautiful condo great location

The condo was immaculate and beautiful. The owners are very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location with several dinning and shopping locations within walking distance. The centennial trail is within walking distance of the condo as well. Highly recommend this property.

This condo was in a great part of town. The condo building is on the river which is absolutely gorgeous. Everything about the property was clean and beautiful. I would definitely rent this property again!!!

Beautiful condo!!

Coeur d’Alene was our last stop on our tour of Idaho, and it didn’t disappoint. We loved the city, and Larry and Rosanne’s condo was the perfect home base. This is a beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable condo stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, with the boardwalk right there and good restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend both the condo and CDA!

This place was amazing. It looked nice on-line, but was even better in person. Such a well kept property in such a great location. We came to check out the town and ride bikes. My eight year old twins lived it and want to come back. Thank you for sharing this place.

Wonderful Experience

This home was absolutely beautiful and in a prime location. The owner was very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. We have stayed in numerous location in CDA, but without question would recommend this over all. The park is very close with walking trails, and the view is breathtaking. Pure perfection.

Nice weekend getaway

The condo is in a nice area, right on the river. There are restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. The condo was clean and well-organized. There is a cute deck/patio but it rained during most of our visit so we didn't get to sit out there.

Lovely Condo in the perfect location

All around great experience

We highly recommended this spot. Quiet location, yet close to downtown. The owners have thought of everything! Larry was kind enough to message us when the condo was ready on our arrival day and once we arrived he checked in by text to ensure we were all set. Very comfy unit. Having bikes available to use was a highlight! We will be back...

Only One Fault

This is a beautiful and comfortable home to make your own for a time. The furnishings and amenities are clean and modern and the home is airy and well stocked. The only "issue" I can name is that "Le Peep Cafe" is two floors below you and if the crowds waiting to get in aren't enough of a distraction, the SMELL of yumminess wafting in to your temporary home will make you rethink any breakfast or lunch fixings you may have purchased and head downstairs to get into the queue!! Very responsive and friendly owners and a beautiful and easy building/home to make your own while adventuring!

Excellent!

I used to live in Coeur d'Alene so I know the area well, and this is such a great location for anything you could want to do there. The condo is very clean and well appointed, they even had resort-style robes for guests, and the beds were soooo comfortable. There is easy access to the building, a parking garage, and the door to the elevator was right behind the parking space. I am glad I had my little fold up wagon in my truck so I only had to make two trips up instead of 10--so pack a wagon or cart. The owners are very responsive and accommodating, and there was even a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival (thank you!) If you've never been to Coeur d'Alene this is such a great spot because the village it is in has several great restaurants, plus you can walk to downtown on the lovely trail system, and there are so many activities and things to see and do within a coupe of miles. I brought my young granddaughters and I am pretty sure we hit every playground along the trails (both directions) and in the downtown area, plus all the great shopping. I highly recommend this condo, it is first class, and I will book it again next time I come to Coeur d'Alene.

Beautiful Riverfront Property

This is our second time here, and will not be our last. Host is very communicative, location is great and while the condo itself does not face the river, you have easy access to restaurants and a nice river boardwalk for a stroll. The unit itself is nicely furnished, very clean and super comfortable. Extra bonus of a parking garage and quick elevators Highly recommend !
