La Panneterie is a family-friendly holiday home situated in the middle of Bordeaux’s vineyards. This large home, offering more than 250m² of living space, has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The south-facing private garden is a perfect sanctuary to enjoy the tranquility and surrounding nature.
Guests can enjoy private use of a large swimming pool safely situated in a separate part of the property and almost two hectares of land, offering plenty of room for both peaceful relaxation and for children to run around and play.
The property is ideally situated in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, 20 minutes from Saint Emilion, 35 minutes from the city of Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and only an hour’s drive from the beautiful Atlantic coast.
The surrounding area offers plenty to see and do, including local markets, chateaux visits and numerous walking routes and bike paths.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property when looking for a family home in the countryside close to Bordeaux.
What makes this property unique
La Panneterie, with its lovely stone buildings and walled gardens, is full of charm and history. The oldest parts of the property date from 1603, while the more recent parts date from the 1860s. It is a haven of peace and tranquility where nature is always close at hand, whether it is the owls nesting in the dovecot or the deer wandering through the gardens.
