Wasn’t as nice as I had hoped for what we paid. Master bed’s headboard wasn’t even attached to bed, kitchen had leftover food in pantry when we got there, and the overall property was in need of some TLC.

Thank you for taking the time to provide Oceans Luxury Realty with your honest feedback! I'm sorry to hear that our property did not meet your expectations. We wish you had let us know about the headboard and we would have fixed it. We aren't sure what you mean by general TLC as we checked-in with you after your arrival and you said everything was great. Other recent guests have left 5 star reviews about the condition. We do leave basic pantry items for guests if past guests have left them. It's only staples like salt, oil, etc, and not food items. We've never had a guest complain about that and most guests are grateful they have those there so we aren't sure why you noted that as a negative.
