Salcombe 34 is a third-floor studio apartment on the beautiful Salcombe waterfront. The studio-style apartment comes with a pull-down double bed, a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area with a single sofa bed, which can be made up on request, however ideally suited for two people. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC and a communal utility on the ground floor. The apartment has a private balcony with table and chairs and access to a communal garden and outdoor swimming pool. Salcombe 34 is a superb base in Devon.
Amenities: Neff electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge with ice-box, TV and WiFi and Wonderboom Speaker. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (sofa bed by request). Reserved parking for one car. Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe. Private mooring for a boat up to 5m in overall length. Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon. Balcony with table and chairs.
