Perast - old stone baroque town in a UNESCO area preventing modern style building. It's considered to be the jewel of the bay. Affording breathtaking views over the sea or/and mountains across Kotor fjord, including the famous twin church islets which always feature in pictures of Montenegro. There is a common garden with lemon and orange trees that provides a shaded sanctuary. Few steps from the sea. This unspoiled and peaceful town of fishermen is full of history, old palaces and churches from the seafaring days of the Venetian Republic when it was the home of wealthy merchants.

Tastefully furnished one and half bedroom space with jacuzzi equipped bathroom and "more than you need to have" kitchen. Outdoor dining area about old stone well is a wonderful add. Ideal relaxing place for a small family or couple of friends. Also perfectly fits for honeymoon or romantic holidays just for two.
