Worst ever holiday rental

Worst experience ever with holiday accommodation. Potentially a good apartment but furniture damaged and uncomfortable. Couch ripped with broken springs and metal sticking out from sides, broken standing lamp, othe,r lamps had no globes, shower broken, held up unsuccessfully by rubber bank and, handle broken off tap in shower and dirty, bad smell from bathroom, drug dealers outside yelling and playing loud music in middle of the night. Nothing to make you feel welcome like information about area, no basic condiments or tea and coffee. Cleanbnb unresponsive to communications or sent rude unhelpful responses. So bad we left a day early and had to pay for alternative accommodation. Still not provided with receipt although have requested 3 times. Cleanbnb have no respect for people who rent from them in good faith.
