The soul of the apartment are its spaces and its very colorful paintings painted by the owner. You can sleep peacefully, because the apartment is very quiet, and you can live like a true Venetian by shopping at Rialto Mercato. A 5-minute walk away you will find a magnificent and picturesque fish market (one of the most famous in Italy) and many greengrocers.

The location is very convenient, it is located a stone's throw from Campo San Polo, 300 meters from the Rialto Bridge, very close to all the shops and restaurants, very easy to find and reach.

Excellent location to make most of the high points within easy walking distance. The highlight was we were very close to the open air seafood market so we were able to cook some wonderful meals while staying there

Amazing condo

Great Spot in Venice

This apartment was in a great location, and it was exactly as described. The check-in process was so easy, and I had all my questions answered before I arrived in Venice. The apartment was within walking distance of all of the major sights, and there were many good restaurants within walking distance as well. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Very good location

Property was fine. The host could be more friendly. It was just about biz, which i fo unde. Hotel staff are more friendly. Next time I will consider a hotel.

Trip to Venice with the grandchildren

Very comfortable accomodation. Especially liked having the two bathrooms. Easy walk to the vaporetto stop, nice restaurants close by. The air conditioning worked but was a portable machine in the bedrooms attached thru an open window. The kitchen was well equipped. The only coffee maker was an Italian moka pot but once we figured out how to use it the coffee was great!

Venice property

It was a nice apartment but Venice is a very wet area so one of the girls had a sinus problem. GPS is not effective there because of the buildings.

While we met the host on site, he did say there were two sets of keys only to find out later on that only one set had the key to unlock the main entrance as the keypad was also not working. We had no heat during the night making it very cold and no hot water despite it having been repaired two days prior. This made our stay quite unpleasant and a call to Vrbo was required in order for both the hot water and heat to randomly start working again..really not cool and by far our worst experience with rentals in Venice.

Good location, clean property in a less touristy area

Nice unit, clean, and in a great area. Would have been nice if the AC vented to the exterior and if there were more items in the kitchen, i.e. utensils, cups, paper towels, etc. It was very sparse. Instructions on garbage was confusing too, owner should provide a bin for management to take it out at the end. Overall I it was a good unit in a great location. I would stay again.

Great apartment

This apartment was great and in a great location. Alessandro met us right on time and showed us around. The apartment was spotless and so much more spacious than the pictures showed. It’s in mint condition,. We stayed at three different apartments while in Italy and this was the best. It is equipped with everything you need and not one broken or poorly working thing. We only contacted Alessandro restaurant recommendations and those were spot on as well.

Would not stay again

The apartment is in a great location, the property manager is very responsive. There was mold on the curtains and in the candles. The showers when we first got there had no hot water and poor water pressure but they sent someone to fix it the next day. The checkout instructions say to make sure the dishes are clean and trash is taken out but there is no where to take the trash out and you are charged a cleaning fee, so I am not sure why they ask the tenant to be responsible for cleaning the apartment.

Great location and a lot of room for all 5 of us.

Alissandro was good and informed us of the entire flat and gave tips for how to return to airport etc. We were traveling with our 86yr old dad so we wanted to make sure we didn’t walk him everywhere. Great location!

Appartamento nuovo e spazioso

Abbiamo programmato questo viaggio in pochi giorni per festeggiare la fine della scuola e della nostra quarantena, e tutto è andato perfettamente. L' appartamento è in ottima zona e permette di arrivare in tutti i quartieri di Venezia in poco tempo. E' molto spazioso , appena rimodernato e con armadi grandi , due bagni e molto luminoso . La persona che ci ha accolti, Alessandro , è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato ogni tipo di consiglio, c'è anche il wi-fi, direi che di meglio non si può trovare, anche il prezzo è inferiore a quanto potrebbero chiedere perchè si dorme comodamente in 6 persone essendoci appunto tre grandi camere, le nostre ragazze di 15 anni si sono divertite molto . Fidatevi, è ancora meglio di ciò che si vede nelle foto e altra cosa importante pulitissimo, ne siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti, sarà il nostro riferimento per soggiornare nuovamente Venezia!
