Winterstoke View is a light and airy 5 Bedroom detached family house in a quiet and exclusive area of Ramsgate, with small local beach (dog friendly) at the end of the road.

With exceptional sea views, there is nothing quite like watching the sunrise from the comfort of bed - it is quite stunning. The garden is enclosed and quiet, with a large fire pit/bbq, garden sofa and shade. Ideal for families and small groups wishing to experience all that Ramsgate & Broadstairs offers.

Winterstoke View is in a peaceful residential location, in sight and earshot of the sea.

If you have particular requests, then please let us know and we can help arrange - we want you to relax and enjoy. You will be spoilt for choice with all sorts of activities from hire of sups, kayaks & bikes to immersing yourself in history at one of the many castles.

BEACH/GARDEN

We have tried to make things as easy as possible for our guests. So we have made available beach mats, small beach shelter, umbrella, beach chairs, picnic basket, ice packs, various beach/garden games (pop up football/cricket/tennis etc) We are blessed with being a few minutes walk to the sea

At Winterstoke View we understand how stressful it can be to travel with children, so we try to take some of the pain out of it. The house well equipped for families including:- 3 x High chairs Bamboo/plastic tableware and cutlery

Note that there are steps down (and up) to the beach at the end of the road and they are manageable with a pushchair. There are plenty of places to stop and take in the view on the way up too!

Ramsgate and Broadstairs main sands are both a pleasant stroll along the cliff and are very easy with a buggy and manageable for young children.

DOGS

Winterstoke View is great for dogs, with its enclosed garden, year round dog friendly beach and amazing walks.

There is an extra fee for dogs of £30 per dog per stay - this goes towards much more regular cleaning of the carpets and ensuring that we get rid of unwelcome visitors etc. We normally only take 2 dogs, but please enquire if you have more.

We are a very flexible and helpful, so please let us know if we there is anything we can do to make sure your stay is amazing.

The house had everything we needed and more. Very well equipped and clean throughout. The best part was the location as there was so much to do that was just a walk away. The guide book was extremely useful too as was the host.

It was a super house. Plenty of space and activities for the little ones. The large garden and outside seating area were a bonus. I loved seeing the sea from the house and early morning sunrises. We had a very happy memorable stay thanks to our accommodating host and team.

Fabulous. You could not ask for better!

I came to Ramsgate from California. I was born in Kent and wanted my family to experience the area. What i was not prepared for was the home to be so lovely and the host to be the best i have ever had. I use VRBO extensively and this had to be the best I have ever had. The rioms are well appointed with spectacular views from the bedroom windows. Although we did not use it due to weather there is a large lovely outdoor living area. In addition, the kitchen (newly refit) and seating areas lent plenty of space for us to gather in the evenings and trade stories. I know you may think i am gushing but franky this house and this host deserve it all

Our family of 5 adults and 4 children all enjoyed the house as it is big, good sound proofing and well equipped. Position is also good being a short walk to Ramsgate centre and other local walks.

Lovely weekend

We had a lovely weekend in this newly renovated home, well-stocked with lots of personal touches & amenties for all the family. A great garden for the kids to play or BBQ, located in a quiet neighborhood, 2 min walk to the beach and an easy walk into the town centre. The owner was very helpful & responsive (lives next door) and we would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Ramsgate has been my home for most of my adult life, I used to live in this house in fact - I love the area so much that I still live in the same road. It is such a pleasure to be so close to the beach as everything that Broadstairs and Ramsgate has to offer.

I have two grown up children, 2 ragdoll cats, 2 cocker spaniels

We try and shop locally and can give you pointers on amazing fishmongers, butchers and farm shops. We even have a great wine shop that will deliver.

We have great local knowledge and will be on hand if you would like information on local restaurants, babysitters and things to do.
