Tolle Anlage, leider ein bisschen abgewohnt. (Lose Türrahmenleisten, Abfluss in einem Bad stark riechend).Der Fluglärm an Wochenende war sehr laut und störend.Gefehlt hat uns ein großer Tisch für alle und ausreichend Geschirr. Der Pool hat allen besonders gefallen. Die Lage ist super und wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub mit derr Familie.

Kurztrip mit Freunden

Für den schon angesprochenen Fluglärm kann der Vermieter nichts. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert. Alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt

Große Anlage mit einigen Mängeln

Nach einer schönen Woche in diesem tollen Haus, halten wir es für wichtig, unsere Erfahrungen mit zukünftigen Urlaubern zu teilen. Wir sind ganz begeistert von diesem Haus, das viel Platz für große Gruppen bietet (gute Zimmereinteilung, genügend Badezimmer, großer Patio, genügend Bettwäsche und Badetücher, 2 Waschmaschinen, große Wäscheleinen…). Obwohl wir keinen persönlichen Empfang (mit den notwendigen Erklärungen) bekommen haben, war der Gastgeber für uns erreichbar und hat bei Fragen schnell reagiert. Dennoch sind wir nicht gänzlich zufrieden, da es doch mehrere Mängel zu beklagen gibt: - das Haus liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens (alle 2-4 Minuten ein Flugzeug), was für erhebliche Lärmbelästigung sorgt - Sowohl die Küche als auch der Essbereich waren bei Ankunft nicht für eine große Gruppe ausgestattet (nicht genügend Gläser, Stühle, Kochutensilien, Reinigungsutensilien…). Hier hat der nette Gastgeber nach unserer Reklamation schnell reagiert. - Mehrere kleine Mängel im Haus (teilweise unbequeme Betten, stark riechende Abflüsse, lose Schrauben, schief hängende Schubläden, quietschende Türen, …) - Leider kann man doch über die eben erwähnten Defizite nicht hinwegsehen. Insgesamt ist das Haus sauber, schön eingerichtet und versprüht seinen mallorquinischen Charme. Durch kleinere Arbeiten und ein wenig mehr Unterhalt, könnte aus diesem Haus ein zauberhaftes Feriendomizil werden.

Perfekt für kleine Seminargruppen

Ich habe die Villa für das Abschlußmodul einer meiner Medial-SEIN Gruppen gebucht. Alle 7 Personen hatten ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer ist perfekt für Meditation geeignet. Wir waren in der zweiten Novemberwoche und es war grad Sturm auf Mallorca :) Der Vermieter hat uns sofort mit Brennholz für den Holzofen versorgt und in den Zimmern sind Klimaanlagen zum heizen. Alles sauber, geräumig, gemütlich und in einer genial ruhigen Lage. Rundum empfehlenswert
