White Pearl Villa is located on the southwest side of Rhodes island near Monolithos and Apolakkia village. It is one of two exclusive villas next to each other.
The villa is situated 80 meters from the seafront and the beach, offering a splendid view of the sea and spectacular sunsets facing the sea.
Fully air-conditioned rooms, well-kept gardens, large swimming pool facing he sea, sheltered veranda with sea view, stone bullt BBQ, secure fencing.
The Space
White Pearl villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.
In total there are 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one WC.
3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds .
It has a lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa is located in a rural area, secluded and peaceful. Although distances on the island are short, a car is considered essential. At the nearby Apolakkia village (2km) there are a couple of restaurants, a small supermarket and a pharmacy. In Gennadi village (16km) you will find a wide variety of shopping as well as countless restaurants with local and international dishes.
The villas belong to Diakogiannis Family with 6 villas in total, all in the south part of Rhodes.

We clearly state in our description that the basement is opened for more than 6 guests. This is reflected in our price structure where the rental price higher. We offered the guest to pay for the difference but he did not accept our offer. Instead, when he checked out, he left the villa in a very bad shape with many defects.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus :-)
Ich würde noch mehr Sterne geben , ween es ginge. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattet, von Mikrowelle bis Waschmaschine über Sandwich Toaster ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist mega. Der Strand dirket vor der Tür ist eine Mischund aus Stein uns Sand und eher stürmisch. Wir hatten jeden Abend die perfekten Sonnenuntergänge zum Abendessen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas abgelegen, aber die Natur und die Strände im Süden der Insel ist wirklich komplett anders / schöner als Faliraki und Co. Kaum Tourismus. Im Nahe gelegenen Appolakia kann man in 2 Tavernen sehr gut Essen.

Quiet stunning property
The property was absolutey stunning ...but it wouldnt suit everyone it is very isolated but everything you need it literally a 10 minute car journey away. The owner is very helpful and his parents are wonderful people, we all had a fantatsic holiday there and are booking up again for next year...
