The house is advertised on the website as being managed by a company, but in reality, it is managed by the owner himself. This is misleading advertising, as the photo of the pool showed towels with the company logo. The house was poorly maintained; the towels were very old and worn, even the towels and bed linens had a strange smell. There were no kitchen utensils, not even breakfast cups, and the tableware was simply poor. There was no air conditioning in any of the rooms, as stated on the website and confirmed by email, and there were no mosquito nets as stated. The beach is not 750 meters away as stated; it's more than a 20-minute walk. It's inconvenient to have to pay cash for accommodation when booking through a website.

Als ich Sie zu Hause empfing, sagte ich Ihnen, dass die Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer eingeschaltet waren und dass es mein Fehler war, die Agentur nicht zu informieren. Deshalb lud ich Sie alle zum Essen in mein Restaurant ein, was wir auch taten. Sagen Sie die Wahrheit, keine Lügen. Was die Reinigung betrifft, sehen Sie sich die Kommentare und mehr an. Sie hatten eine Woche Zeit, mich anzurufen und mir zu sagen – nicht danach oder während des Essens im Restaurant –, dass alles in Ordnung sei. Schädigen Sie mich nicht mit falschen Kommentaren und seien Sie immer ehrlich. Ich arbeite seit 45 Jahren im Dienstleistungssektor und versuche immer, Freunde zu gewinnen, nicht Kunden. Ich hoffe, Sie machen das ganze Jahr über gute Arbeit und dieser Kommentar wird nicht zu Ihrem Job. Ich wünsche Ihnen einen schönen Tag!

Super Villa in Conil. Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Der Pool war auch im Februar nutzbar - auch wenn das Wasser natürlich sehr kalt war. Die Lage der Villa ist Klasse. Kurze Wege nach Conil, zu den Stränden und verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Es wurde umgehend auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Und wir bekamen sehr gute Ausflugstipps vom Eigentümer. Toller Urlaub - auch im Februar.

Hay cosas a mejorar en la casa: actualización de ropa de cama, toallas y cristalería. Además los útiles no eran los suficientes para los 7 días de nuestra estancia. Aún así el anfitrión muy atento.

Das Angebot ist für jeden etwas dabei, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten interessant und die zu entdeckenden Städte sind einen Umweg wert, ebenso wie die schönen Strände, die ebenso wie das Klima an der Spitze sind. Ich liebte Cádiz und würde wiederkommen

Propietario atento en todas las cuestiones, te manda al del mantenimiento de la piscina, te repone las bombonas de butano, siempre pendiente del cliente. Tienes que usar el coche para todo, eso sí, puedes elegir muchos lugares que están próximos (5 kms.), Conil, Roche, Santi Petri.

Le logement est situé en dehors de la ville, dans un hameau de petites villas. Ce qui est fort agréable puisque de grande tranquillité. La maison est propre, décorée avec très bon goût: (aux couleurs de L'Andalousie). Il ne manque rien. Tout est en bon état. Une entrée, une terrasse, piscine, jardin et parking privatif. On se sent chez soi et en sécurité. J'ai passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette région accompagnée de mes trois enfants. Merci beaucoup et salutations aux propriétaires.
