Fifth year staying at Emilia!Excellent for large family in ideal location with proximity to lovely beach, restaurants and shop. Surprised no Microwave available as in previous years which is required with young children. All round wonderful experience again .

Fantastic Villa

The property was perfect for our stay, had two families all together and each family had their own living areas. The area is stunning and the villa has great views! Would definitely return!

Great location and outside space

The property is a good size and great location, just minutes from the beach and local supermarket. The swimming pool and outside space with kitchen were great, alongside the two balconies. My only critique is the lack of crockery and equipment in the kitchens.

Great stay

The house was much bigger than the advert suggested with two separate bathrooms on each floor plus a toilet on the ground floor. Also there were 3 kitchens! The house was clean and spacious. Mattresses could be more comfortable and I would prefer mattress and pillow protectors for cleanliness. Overall really nice property and would stay again.

Perfect Villa for large family in ideal location

This is our third year staying in’Emilia’ It is ideal for the large family holiday of all ages in an ideal location with good local amenities and fabulous beach ! It has an upgraded gas bbq which is a huge bonus! The points that require improvement are an upgrade to the tired and temperamental washing machine,dishwasher and fridge freeezer on ground floor and bed linen that doesn’t fit the double bed on first floor ! Otherwise all good

We enjoyed our stay at Emilia. There is a local supermarket which is a 5 minute walk and a handful of restaurants. The beach is also very close.Transport to neighbouring towns Calpe and Moraira is not very good. The locals told us it is very hard to get a taxi and there is one bus a day to Moraira (which needs a taxi ride back).We had a lovely walk to Calpe along the coast which took about 1 hour 45 mins.The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 11. One point to note is there is only air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and two lounges (the doubles) and ceiling fans in the rest of the bedrooms which is not as we were told.On a positive, the dishwasher was not working when we arrived and was replaced with a new one straight away. Also, the outside space and pool is amazing.

Excellent, large villa, great location

Excellent villa and pool. Great location, near the beach and beach bar/restaurant and local supermarket which was quite expensive but all within walking distance. Pool towels were not included but we're supplied on request for a charge. The pool towels should have been included. The advert for the property states that the price quoted includes electricity but in the house it states that if the electricity usage is high then an extra charge may be payable. Which is not quoted in the advert for the house.
