ground floor: 1 bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa has air conditioning, with riu rau, terrace, 10x5 pool. Just 700 m from La Fustera beach and 400 from the supermarket. Sunny all day, parking for several cars,

The entrance to the chalet does not have a door. There is parking for several cars
Wi-Fi is offered as an extra service (€50) per week.
The pool cleaning company comes on Monday and Thursday mornings during high season. In winter they come once a week, depending on the organization of work, they come on Mondays or Thursdays.
