Vivaldi Cottage at Composers at Woodlands

Composers at Woodlands is the perfect location for those wanting a restful break in stunning surroundings. All our properties offer immaculately maintained accommodation, perfect for short breaks or a longer holiday.
Composers is the ideal base for exploring Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. Suitable for individuals, couples and families with Free Wi-Fi internet connection and close proximity to Bus routes, a short distance from Berwick Upon Tweed and within a short drive to local beaches.

The accommodation is a cosy, home from home set over two floors. On the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and 3 drawer freezer, ceramic hob, full size oven and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped with a wide range of table and glassware and cooking and serving utensils and a small dining table for 4 people.
Beyond the kitchen and dining area, towards the rear of the cottage is the open plan, relaxing lounge area with leather suites. The lounge area features a smart TV with Freeview, Netflix & DVD player and an electric, fan faux fireplace.
Finally, at ground floor there is family bathroom suite fitted with bath and walk-in shower.

On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms; a standard double bedroom with TV and a twin room with two single beds.
Each property is designed for up to 4 persons. We can accommodate a baby up to 2 years using a cot additional to the 4 persons and we offer a full range of baby equipment upon request.

At ground floor, beyond the lounge, patio doors lead on to individual terraces complete with patio furniture and, in the grounds, our Paddock Play area provides an ideal setting for children to enjoy our facilities in a safe environment, just a short distance from the accommodation.

Nice property and has nearby shops. Checked in on a Sunday and luckily is near to a corner shop which still open late in the evening for essentials.Downside was fridge not working.Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Great location for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Vivaldi cottage. It was so comfortable and a real home from home as was fully equipped with everything you could need. It had the feel of a 'lodge' with the high ceilings and lots of light. The beds were super comfy and the place was spotless. It was very easy to drop off all our luggage too, right next to the door. This is a superb location if you want to explore the coastline and visit beaches and Alnwick is only a short drive away to visit the gardens.

Had a great week and found the cottage clean on arrival. Double bed was very hard and not that comfortable. Lounge needs better lighting as needed have the main light on which was not very relaxing.

Good place to be. Many attractions within easy reach.

Good apartment with space. It would’ve been helpful to have heating on as we arrived late and main heating is via a storage unit. There is a fire 2kw max and the apartment is large. Apartment was very clean generally- bit of dust around central area of electric fire which wasn’t a problem- think cleaners overlooked this.
