We fell in love with the potential our wonderful grade 2 building offered; so purchased it in 2015, we've spent the last couple years fully renovating the entire property to bring it back to its original glory but to also offer all the comforts required for 21st luxury.

You’re most welcome to join us for dinner in our Flame Factory restaurant on the ground floor or alternatively we can bring the restaurant to you by serving our full menu directly to your apartment.

Wonderful appartment in a great location. There was a kitchen area which was well stocked, 2 very good sized bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge if you had a large party stopping, there was a dining area which we used to play card games in an evening and the view was glorious it overlooked the sea and Instow over the water. Great stay.
