The Georgian Lounge - 1st Floor

The Georgian Lounge is on the 1st floor and has two top quality ensuite bathrooms. a hi end fitted kitchen with built in appliances (including fridge,dishwasher & oven/hob and microwave), internet connected smart TVs (49" in lounge & 32" in both bedrooms) plus luxurious bedrooms that can be configured as a King size bed or two singles.
Our apartments are located on the quay front of the beautiful village of Appledore and offer uninterrupted views across the Taw & Torridge estuary, Appledore is a hidden gem with quality restaurants, pubs that feature live music most nights along with wonderful coffee shops and an award winning deli.

We fell in love with the potential our wonderful grade 2 building offered; so purchased it in 2015, we've spent the last couple years fully renovating the entire property to bring it back to its original glory but to also offer all the comforts required for 21st luxury.

Every apartment has top quality bathrooms. a hi end fitted kitchen with built in appliances (including fridge,dishwasher & oven/hob), internet connected smart TVs (49" in lounge & 32" in every bedroom and loft apartment) plus luxurious bedrooms that can be configured as a King size bed or two singles.

You’re most welcome to join us for dinner in our Flame Factory restaurant on the ground floor or alternatively we can bring the restaurant to you by serving our full menu directly to your apartment.

great property in the middle of appledore with lovely views and relaxed owners. done to a high standard and had everything we needed. great base to explore surrounding north devon coast and beaches. super pizza place downstairs and lots of sweet places to eat in appledore. would really recommend.

Apartment with scenic view.

Great apartment, tastefully modernised with picturesque view from lounge windows. Pleasant hosts with family run restaurant below the apartments. Excellent food available here and very attentive waiters. A great place to stay.

Modern very pleasant flat with great view of estuary and an exceedingly helpful crew looking after it: 'Do you stock staples like sugar, or oil and vinegar?' 'Yes, but just pop down to the restaurant if you find you need something.') And the pizza at the associated restaurant is unusually good.
