There is a large lounge and dining area with an open fire. Logs are provided to guests when they are available. The living room has a comfortable sitting area, a large dining table and a flat screen TV with free view channels and DVD player.

The kitchen also has a dining table and includes a good selection of kitchen utensils, crockery and pans. Facilities include a cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility with a washing machine, tumble drier and additional sink. A washing line is provided in the garden area.

On the ground floor of the property there is a large spacious dining and living room area with an open fireplace. Patio doors from this room allow for access to a paved area and the fenced garden. The ground floor also has a convenient utility room, separate WC, fully-equipped spacious kitchen.

The property also boasts a small sun lounge to the front of the house. A ramped path to the front of the property provides access for those with reduced mobility.
