Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sonst okay

Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber, Restaurants und eine Eisdiele in der Umgebung.

Vacanza in Sardegna

Dopo aver cercato molti appartamenti, B&B e Hotel abbiamo identificato questo alloggio. Un buonissimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. L'alloggio si presenta, come da foto, ampio e generalmente in ordine e pulito. C'è l'aria condizionata e le zanzariere alle finestre. C'è un ampio balcone con tavolino e possibilità di stendere. Posizione comoda per uscire ed entrare ad Alghero. Dista circa 30 min a piedi dal centro storico e circa 3 minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia di Maria Pia. C'è un posto auto coperto nel cortile del palazzo. Il proprietario e gentile e disponibile. Molto consigliato!

Ho trovato la casa era perfettamente pulita e riordinata e la consegna chiavi è stata curata direttamente dal proprietario , dimostratosi gentile e disponibile a fornire anche ogni informazione sulla zona.Ottima la posizione perchè dotata di tutti gli esercizi utili e che consente di raggiungere a piedi sia spiagge libere che lidi attrezzati. Molto comodo il posto auto privato che ha evitato affannose ricerche di parcheggi

Alloggio conforme a quanto indicato nell'inserzion

Casa situata a circa 100 mt. dalla spiaggia con di fronte supermercato e fermata autobus e posteggio auto riservato nel cortile interno. L'alloggio si presenta nel complesso pulito e dotato di quanto serve per un periodo di vacanza. Cortese e puntuale il proprietario al momento dell'ingresso e della partenza. Si consiglierebbe questo immobile ad un amico. Posizionare le zanzariere alle finestre delle camere consentirebbe un minor utilizzo dell'aria condizionata, piccolo tavolino pieghevole per consumare i pasti sul balcone.
