Amazing Villa with Views, Large pool area and 2 BBQ dining stations.

6 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms, it has plenty of space inside and out for families and large groups to enjoy.

The Villa is very private, nice gardens with a very large pool area, wood fired & gas BBQs, large balcony with sea views & the morning sunrise, large shaded outside dining table, We even have our own cave bar.

The villa size is over 5000sq ft, it is an Traditional Spanish villa with modern features.

Villa has been refurbished in 2020, 2021 and more planned for winter 2021 ready for 2022
The space
Inside the villa is cool in the day, on the balcony early in the morning you will see the sunrise and in the afternoon it is shaded and cool, the kitchen has been refurbished, it has all the features required in a modern kitchen. Bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space, 2 of them are ensuite. Air conditioning is in all the bedrooms, the kitchen and in both lounges.

Outside the villa there is a private garden with an amazing large pool area, the pool area has the sun all day from from morning until sunset, by the pool is a wood fired BBQ, we have another gas BBQ station and dining area next to the main kitchen, we even have our own cave bar with a out side pool table.

The villa is perfect for large families or groups that want some private space to enjoy themselves and experience the local area.

Guest access:
Plenty of private parking and lots of street parking available, we are within 3km or local beaches and the town of Javea.

Having many years experience in the hospitality trade, myself and my wife have undertaken this property as a long term project to not only give guests an amazing vacation but to allow me and my family some winter sun while making improvements every year.

Why they chose this property

The property is a traditional Spanish Villa that has had tender loving care for the past 30 years, I have completed some works mainly in the pool area and bathrooms, we will continue to make improvements and give the property the same loving care it had previously.

What makes this property unique

There is not many properties that show all the traditional Spanish features like the local Tosca stone inside the villa, with a grand dining hallway to the castle style build, but with all the modern delights.

The size of the grounds are very large and lovely for a family to enjoy, We have two BBQ Dining areas, one gas BBQ on an outside alfresco kitchen by the villa and

We are also in a amazing place to live, with the beach, town and port all within 5 minutes drive which have the best facilities you can expect from a town named the Jewel in the Crown of Spain.
