Studio 12 is 23m2 and has a 6m2 terrace. It is very sunny, with a beautiful view of the "Tournette"
It is located in building "A", on the 1st floor, to the right of the building.
Its entrance is on the courtyard side and the window overlooks the rear park.
It consists of a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen: 2 induction hotplates, microwave + grill, coffee maker, toaster, dishes.
For sleeping, it has a 140 cm bed and a 140 cm BZ sofa.
Bathroom with shower. Separate WC
Le Conty is a small family holiday residence with 15 apartments: studios, T2 and T3.
A secure swimming pool, 10m * 6m, is at your disposal. Deckchairs and parasols for everyone.
A family atmosphere, children are welcome and always find friends to play on the playground, at the pool or in the courtyard.
User-friendliness: stays start with a welcome drink, Sunday evening, around the swimming pool. It’s an opportunity to get to know each other and make the first contacts
The pétanque field, the garden furniture on the green areas around the barbecues, the moments of idleness at the swimming pool will allow you to relax.
