Beautiful view, gross apartment

Apartment couch and pillows were dirty, there were no towels, the shower had black mold all over it, and there was no shower head just a wand you hold onto. But, the view from the balcony was breathtaking

Tout d'abord le mail contenant les instructions d'accès à l'appartement qui devait m'être envoyé un peu avant mon arrivée ne m'est jamais parvenu. Bien que la personne de mauvaise foi que j'ai eu au téléphone pour avoir ces infos me certifiait le contraire...mais n'a pas pu me fournir la preuve de l'envoi. Le séjour commençait bien...Le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble est dans un état déplorable, énormes taches et souillures sur la moquette, vitre de la porte d'entrée cassée, l'accueil où d'après l'annonce on pouvait louer des draps et du linge était fermé.Je pense que les jolies photos sur le site datent d'un autre siècle, car en entrant dans l'appartement la réalité en est tout autre.Tout d'abord le ménage laisse à désirer, j'ai retrouvé une paire de chaussettes dans un lit (dommage ce n'était pas ma taille), la lunette des toilettes n'est plus fixée, l'assise du canapé déchirée, aucun produit d'entretien, et le comble un seul verre pour tout l'appartement.Il a fallu bricoler les fils de la télé pour avoir un semblant d'image.N'étant pas rancunier j'ai voulu faire le ménage avant de partir mais oh surprise l'aspirateur qui avait été utilisé sans sac était bouché par la poussière.Le seul point positif de cet appartement est sa vue magnifique.

Des efforts à fournir

Très bien localisé. Cependant des efforts sont à fournir concernant la propreté et les accessoires mis à dispositions : c'est un appartement pour 4 seulement 3 oreillers et une couette, tout comme la vaisselle qui n'est pas adaptée aux nombres de locataires. De plus, la chasse d'eau fonctionnait mal et malgré un mail elle ''a pas été réparée.

Logement à améliore

Ce logement est très bien situé et parfait pour passer un séjour à la montagne. Par contre il n est pas entretenu… la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas, le plafonnier n a pas d ampoule, une fuite d eau dans la salle de bain rend l accès difficile sans nettoyer avant, le lave vaisselle manque de liquide de rinçage et de sel… et le Menage n avait pas été fait avant mon arrivée ….
