Cozy Apartement in a quien area in front of the sea
Fully equipped apartment for 4 guests.
Kitchen with exterior views,: microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle
washing machine toaster .....
Bathroom with bathtub: towels, hair dryer ....
Dining room with balcony, heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, wiffi.
The apartment has an elevator, on the top floor there is a large terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views and you can also hang your clothes.
At 50 meters from the apartment you will find our beautiful and long pedestrian promenade, also a (public) swimming pool with sea water. Only 3 minutes walking is a small and beautiful Son Baulo beach and also a supermarket with bakery and homemade pastry, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop ... all this makes our clients enjoy their holidays more they have it all very close without having to take a car.
In addition, different leisure activities can be practiced such as: diving,
horseback riding, bicycle, car and motorcycle rental, visits to the Phoenicians and Albufera natural park ...
We also have a small tourist train with many schedules where you can see our entire town.
