Fantastic location

Excellent location! I think the instructions say apartment 17 but it's actually 21 so we had a hard time finding the front door, other than that everything was great! There's a fantastic little bar/coffee shop just a few doors down, and it's close to all restaurants and sidewalk markets. As it is located on one of the main streets, you can hear people until wee hours of the morning, so if that that kind of noise interferes with your sleep, you may want to bring some earplugs. It was a little stuffy as the weather was warmer, but there are two oscillating fans that worked great!! Would absolutely stay there again.

1 Woche Stadtwohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Bozen

in direkter NĂ€he zu den FischbĂ€nken, bei Cobo, ist diese zentral gelegene Stadtwohnung ein sehr guter Ort, wenn man das pulsierende Leben in Bozen erleben möchte. Wir wissen wie es sich in einer FußgĂ€ngerzone anfĂŒhlt zu leben, auch dass man nicht mit dem Auto vor das Haus fahren kann. Die nahegelegene Park Garage am Waltherplatz ist gut gelegen und preislich angemessen. Die WohnungsĂŒbergabe war reibungslos und freundlich. Die KĂŒchenausstattung lĂ€dt nicht zum selber kochen ein, z. B. nach einem Einkauf auf dem Obstmarkt. Ein Wasserkocher zum Tee- oder Kaffeekochen wĂ€re eine sinnvolle ErgĂ€nzung zur KĂŒchenausstattung, und Hobby Köche wĂŒnschen sich natĂŒrlich scharfe Messer. Gerne kommen wir wieder, dann aber nicht im Sommer, wenn es in Bozen soooo heiß ist.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne großzĂŒgige Wohnung in Superlage. Sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, außer vielleicht einer grĂ¶ĂŸeren Espressokanne :-) Alles ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt - in der Wohnung und in der schönen Stadt Bozen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub in Bozen 2016 bei Claudio Pantozzi

Wir waren 6 Tage in Bozen. Die Wohnung ist mit 60 m2 groß, dazu sehr schön, gepflegt und mit schickem Mobiliar eingerichtet. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung sehr gut, nur mit der vorhandenen Kaffeemaschine (Espressozubereiter fĂŒr die Kochplatte) war halt kein guter Kaffee zu kochen. Wir haben uns dann in dem genau gegenĂŒberliegenden HaushaltswarengeschĂ€ft mit einer Lösung beholfen. Etwas kompliziert ist die MĂŒllabfuhr in Bozen. Wie schon in einer vorherigen Bewertung angemerkt, fĂ€hrt die MĂŒllabfuhr fast jeden Tag, aber hier hilft Claudio Pantozzi mit Rat und Tat. Bei Anfragen reagiert er superschnell und ist Ă€ußert hilfsbereit. Dieses war schon im Vorfeld bei einigen Anfragen der Fall. Die Wohnung ist absolut zentral. Von dort aus kann alles zu Fuß erledigt werden. Kneipen, Restaurants, Obstmarkt, SupermĂ€rkte und BĂ€cker sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Bei Anreise mit dem PKW kann man in den nahen ParkhĂ€usern ein Wochenticket kaufen (zwischen 56,00 € und 79,00 €). Ein und Ausfahrten jederzeit möglich. Wir wĂŒrden diese Wohnung ebenfalls wieder anmieten.

Eine schöne Wohnung!

Nach unserer Ankunft klappte die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe durch eine Bekannte des Besitzers problemlos. Sie zeigte uns die Wohnung und die technischen Besonderheiten der KĂŒche, insbesondere den Herd mit dem etwas gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftigen (hochmodernen) Touch-Screen Kochfeld. Was wir wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes in der ansonsten sehr umfangreich ausgerĂŒsteten KĂŒche vermissten war ein Wasserkoscher, um Tee zuzubereiten. Eine Kleinigkeit, die aber recht wichtig ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man vermisst nichts. Sehr gut! Die Wohnung liegt in der FußgĂ€ngerzone mitten in der Altstadt Bozens. Das bedeutet, dass man nicht mit dem Auto heranfahren kann. Man kann das Auto in den ParkhĂ€usern der Stadt parken, was recht teuer ist. In der Gegend um das MesseglĂ€nde im SĂŒden der Stadt gibt es ParkplĂ€tze und -hĂ€user, die, wenn keine Messe ist, kostenlos sind. Die Gegend ist problemlos mit den gĂŒnstigen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Was man wissen sollte, wenn man die Wohnung fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt auswĂ€hlt: Wie bereits erwĂ€hnt, liegt die Wohnung in der FußgĂ€ngerzone. Kneipen und GeschĂ€fte sind in der NĂ€he. Das bedeutet, dass nachts FußgĂ€nger unterwegs sind, und morgens recht frĂŒh die MĂŒllabfuhr und Zulieferer fĂŒr die GeschĂ€fte gerĂ€uschvoll tĂ€tig werden. Durch die gut schließenden Fenster, kann diese BelĂ€stigung aber gut eliminiert werden. Jederzeit wĂŒrden wir diese Wohnung wieder anmieten.

Wir verbrachten 9 Tage in dieser schönen, gepflegten Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt! Claudio hat uns freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Die Lage ist ideal - trotz der unmittelbaren NĂ€he zu Bars und Restaurants ist es absolut ruhig! Weite Teile der interessanten Stadt kann man zu Fuß erkunden. BĂ€cker, Supermarkt und Obstmarkt sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Tre giorni piacevolissimi

Siamo appena tornati dalla bellissima vacanza a Bolzano e devo dire che siamo stati fortunati a trovare la Guesthouse Bauzanum che Ăš davvero bellissima, luminosissima, pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari. E' situata in pieno centro e sotto casa ci sono molti locali dove poter passare la serata. Il proprietario Ăš davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliamo a tutti di scegliere questo appartamento per le proprie vacanze anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualitĂ /prezzo.
