Located on the boundaries of the Chamberí neighbourhood, bordering Malasaña and Chueca. Next to one of the most trendy shopping areas of the city, which covers the surroundings of Fuencarral Street, a wide pedestrian avenue full of the most fashionable shops and cafés with the most atmosphere, and which leads to the Gran Vía of Madrid itself.
Next to Sagasta Street or Bilbao roundabout, and Fernando VI Street, the new golden mile of the city, a mix of glamour, nineteenth-century architecture, boutiques, restaurants and art galleries. Connected by metro and bus with all points of the city. And next to a modern market where you can do your shopping. The ideal neighbourhood for any visitor or local who will greatly enjoy Madrid.

An apartment with class and lots of style, located in a renovated and very beautiful building with elevator and physical doorman.
With capacity for 4 people, this apartment has two bedrooms, both equipped with two very comfortable double beds and wardrobes, one with access to the balcony and the other with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. Perfect for two couples or two work colleagues.
In its renovation, a single, larger bathroom with a bathtub has been chosen. The property stands out for the great style of its renovation, which has been carried out with high-quality materials, as well as its decoration, respecting the architectural elements of the flat, such as its mouldings and beams.
The kitchen is the protagonist when you enter the apartment: it has a central island and is incorporated into the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa and two large windows facing the street that provide a lot of light to the space.
It is a high-quality accommodation, very cosy and charming, equipped with all amenities.
