This apartment is in the famous neighbourhood of La Latina, which simply exudes charm. Its narrow streets reveal ancient medieval walls and large and small churches, chapels and squares such as Plaza de la Cebada, Plaza del Humilladero, Plaza de la Paja, Plaza de San Andrés and Puerta Cerrada, with lively terraces, bars and restaurants. It is also home to some of the city's great festivities, such as the Fiestas de la Paloma and the Fiestas de San Isidro (the patron saint of the city) in the Jardines de las Vistillas.
