If Gas for heating is needed between April 15th to November 1st, have
to be paid on the spot based on consumption. The municipality of
Radicofani has implemented a tourist tax. The tax amount is set at 2 €
per day per person. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this
tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
