Great location without a ton of traffic. Walking distance to bus stops and lots to do in Mestre. Host was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Meatre Location

The property was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and what we wanted and expected. Silvia was great to deal with. She helped us every step along the way. Travelling to Venice took about 15 to 20 minutes one bus, the 4L. close by.

Owners were very helpful with accommodation and attractions and booking us a taxi for the airport early in the morning. Only thing is the hot water tank only lasts maybe two people and you have to wait or else there is no hot water. Towels leave a lot of lint behind after drying. Everything else was great. Supermarket was right downstairs and bus stop was very close and easy by to go places.

Schöne zentrale Wohnung, gute Verkehrsanbindung an Venedig

Angenehm große Wohnung mit guten Betten und guter Ausstattung. Zwei Balkone und der Aufzug runden das Ganze positiv ab. Die Bushaltestelle nach Venedig ist in der Nähe und die Fahrzeit beträgt 15 Min. Einzig Aufhängungen in Bad und Küche für Handtücher haben uns gefehlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ideal für einen Besuch von Venedig

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen, um Venedig zu besuchen (5 Minuten zum Bus und mit diesem 15 Minuten zur Piazzale Roma). Das Auto kann man getrost am zur Wohnung gehörigen Privatparkplatz stehen lassen. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, nur leider war in den Kästen oft Ersatzwäsche und ähnliches gelagert - daher nicht 5 Sterne. Die in der Beschreibung angeführte Ausstattung entspricht den Tatsachen - die Kaffeemaschine ist allerdings eine Italienische und keine in AT oder DE übliche Filtermaschine. Alles in allem eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für 4 Personen.

Perfekte Adresse für einen Venedig-Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und sauber, ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sie ist perfekt gelegen, wenn man mit dem Auto nach Venedig reisen möchte. Aufgrund des Parkplatzes direkt vor dem Haus, hat man keine Probleme, das Auto zu parken. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Von dort ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus am Busbahnhof von Venedig und kann von dort die Stadt zu Fuß oder mit den verschiedenen Vaporetto-Linien erkunden. Ideal ist die kombinierte Bus-Boot-Fahrkarte, für verschiedene Aufenthaltsdauern direkt neben der Bushaltestelle zu erwerben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.
