Conveniently located

The apartment was really cute and well kept. And so convenient to a number of services. The tram/bus station is about a 2 minute walk, and if you want to visit Venice, just take the T1. The grocery store is also just a couple minutes away. The center of Mestre is about a 10 minute walk. Oh, and there's a good pizza joint just a couple minutes away. Such a great location. We really liked this location and would definitely recommend it!

Bel appartement, bien situé, à quelques pas de marche de la station de tram qui nous amène directement à Venise. Plusieurs commerces tout près, restaurants et épicerie. Très bel accueil aussi.

Ferienwohnung für Kurztrip

Der Kontakt mit den Vermieterinnen ist problemlos und klappt gut. Die Wohnung entspricht schon der Beschreibung, es sind die Kleinigkeiten, die auffallen. Die beiden Einzelbetten sind kaum zu nutzen, sie knarren bei jeder Bewegung und es fallen Latten aus dem Rost. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer, daher alle Türen insbesondere in der Nacht offen lassen, wenn es in den Schlafzimmern auch kühl werden soll. Problematische Parkplatzsituation, wenn man einen gefunden hat überlegt man es sich zweimal, diesen wieder aufzugeben, dann lieber öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung umfangreich, wenn auch zusammengesucht, aber ist ja auch nur eine Ferienwohnung.

Ein gelungener Urlaub.

Dieser Urlaub hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Schon bei der Ankunft in der Wohnung wurden wir sehr herzlich vom Vater des Vermieters (ziemlich gute Deutschkenntnisse) begrüßt. Die Wohnung selbst, so wie angegeben für 3-4 Personen ausreichend. Bis zur Tram 1 waren es keine 5 min. zu Fuß. Von dort fuhr man zwischen 20 und 30 min. bis zur Hauptinsel Venedig und das ganz entspannt. Der Supermarkt ist ca. 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt und hat von Montag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Der Stadtteil Mestre selbst bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Veranstaltungen. Was wir nicht bereut haben, ist dass wir vor Antritt der Reise den City-Pass Venedig online gekauft haben. Denn damit kommt man schneller und ohne Stress zu den gebuchten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und jeder Zeit wieder. Ein dickes Dankeschön an die Vermieter und dessen Vater. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Uwe Büßer

Appartement très bien fait , propre , bien positionné géographiquement. L'air conditionné hyper chouette à venise !! Vous voulez visitez Venise , très bonne emplacement pour y aller. En plus à pied vous pourrez aussi profiter du centre ville de Mestre qui est très joli.

Abseits vom Tourismus und doch super Zentral

Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Platz, super Ausstattung, Lage top, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Tram... alles gleich um die Ecke. Nur zu empfehlen!

Convenient condo!

Alfredo checked us in and showed us where to take the tram into the city, pointed out some coffee bars and a pizzeria. It was an easy commute into Venice, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Casa in posizione comoda ben accessoriata.

Casa conforme alla descrizione con tutti i comfort in un quartiere molto tranquillo a pochi passi dal centro di Mestre e dalla fermata del tram per Venezia. Ideale per muoversi nella regione. Da consigliare.

Property was sufficient for two people but lacked little things for eating like salt and pepper,

Disappointed and felt we were pushed out ahead of time, when we asked for assistance in getting a cab, were told the cab and cleaning woman would be there at 10, when VRBO listed checkout at 11 and we had made train arrangements around that time! Not enough information given by lessor about getting around the area what was available for us tourists!

Perfekt!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig, es war fast alles da was man für ein Kurzurlaub braucht. Silvia und ihr Ehemann waren sehr hilfsbeteit und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Verfühgung. Uns wurden auch wertvolle Tipps für Venecig mitgegeben. Die Tram 1 ist zu Fuss in weniger als 5 min. zu erreichen die fährt direkt nach Venedig in ca. 20 min. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, und hat sogar ein Balkon zur Strasse hin. Wir könnten unseren Wagen direkt an der Strasse parken, die Strasse ist sicher und es ist nichts passiert. Trotzdem ist 3s schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden, toll war deshalb das und ein Parkplatz freigehalten wurde, hätten wir nichts gefunden. Wir mussten 1 Std. vor Ankunft, eine Nachricht per Whats Up schicken und es stand auch jemand da um uns den Schlüssel auszuhändigen...hat alles prima geklappt. Punktabzug gab es weil die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat und in der Nacht war es sehr warm und stickig,,( haben gutes Wetter erwischt). Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen aber das hat andere Gründe :)).

SEJOUR POUR VENIZIA

Mon séjour était en mai et je dois dire que nous avons été ravies. Le logement était au reflet des photos. Calme, bien agencé, facile pour reprendre la direction de Venise et autres directions du fait de l'arrêt très proche du logement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de retrouver le calme en arrivant le soir. Enfin la personne qui est venue nous remettre les clefs était charmante et complète dans ses explications. On peut résumer en disant que nous pouvons le conseiller sans problème. Une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo ce serait plutôt sympathique en accueil, ainsi que des verres à pieds pour boire un verre de vin....

Bonne location mais un peu éloignée de Venise

L'appartement est calme, spacieux, propre et plutôt fonctionnel. Le trajet en tram pour Venise de 30 minutes ne nous a pas permis de rentrer pour se préparer des repas le midi ou le soir. Une fois dans Venise, c'était un peu contraignant de revenir sur Mestre. Mais l'appartement était parfait pour se reposer. La station de Tram est très proche et pratique. Ca reste un bon rapport qualité/prix si vous êtes plusieurs en famille ou entre amis. Il manque une lampe de chevet dans les chambres. Bon séjour à Venise.

Nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprechend eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage machte es uns leicht Venedig zu erreichen. Die Fahrt dauert allerdings 30 Minuten. Da wir viel Zeit hatten, war das völlig ok.. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bestens informiert. Die Vermieterin hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war sehr entgegenkommend.

Nice, peaceful and near place

We were for 5 days and the place is perfect to stay and visit Venecia. The tramvia is two minutes to walk and you arrive to Piazzale Roma in 15 minutes. The neighboor has plenty of basic service. Thanks Silvia and her father Alfredo!

Superbe séjour, très bon emplacement et excellent accueil

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. L'arrêt du tram qui mène directement à Venise est à deux min à pieds. La piscine municipale est à 10 min et le grand supermarché à 5. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et dans une résidence calme. Un grand merci aussi aux propriétaires qui ont toujours répondu à nos questions et nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour nos visites. Bref, ne surtout pas hésiter !

Bel appartement sympa et propre

Bel appartement conforme à la description, facile d'accès de l'aéroport par le bus n°15 et super génial pour accéder dans Venise avec la ligne de tram n°1. Nous avons été accueillis par Bruno (le papa d'Anna) qui parle assez bien le français. Il nous a gentillement informé sur les moyens de transports pour Venise et est même revenus pour un petit problème d'internet. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir rencontré Anna et Silvia et petit bémol au niveau de la cafetière qui est italienne, un percolateur électrique serait le bien venus, ainsi que le renouvellement de certains ustensiles fortement abimés, ne serais pas un luxe. Suggestion; une bouteille d'eau fraiche dans le frigo, surtout quand vous arriver un dimanche et que tout est fermé.

Clean, no-frills apartment

Pros: Clean apartment. Area seemed safe and was within easy walking distance to the tram to Venice, grocery stores and coffee shops. Washing machine in the unit which worked well. Had air conditioning which we didn't need in May. Bed was very comfortable. Fast internet. The price was right! Cons: Very little counter space to prepare meals or snacks. Table and chairs are not sturdy. No toaster in kitchen, and only a small coffee pot to make 1 cup of coffee at a time. Shower was compact. Took about 40 minutes by tram to get to Venice. This isn't in the owner's control, but the house across the street has 2 dogs that bark a lot during the day. I think the masters take them in at night so it wasn't an issue when trying to sleep, but very annoying during the daytime.
